I bought boots in this store, put them on once, the sole came off, went to return them, they were taken away immediately, but I've been waiting for a refund for a week now, although those boots who bought everything were returned, and the administration of this store knows that the boots are not of high quality, they don't return the money immediately.By the way, while I was writing the application, two people came with a refund. I stopped by your shoe store on June 13 at 21:45. I saw a sticker on the door: "5 minutes break." I thought, "Well, I'll wait!" He stood there until exactly 22:00, like a real sentry, and there were zero employees. And then... Magic! At exactly 22:01, a cashier girl comes around the corner, calmly sipping coffee. Apparently, these "5 minutes of break" stretched into a parallel universe for her. The situation turned out to be comical, like a scene from an absurd theater. But seriously: - Customers are ignored, even when they arrive on time. - Respect for the buyer's time is at the level of a bagel hole. The solution for me is simple: I won't spend another penny in your store. Why take the risk and wait by the sea for the weather (or the cashier with coffee)? I hope your coffee was delicious.
