Very cool impressions from the Polonaise Hotel. We were with my husband in early November 2025. We lived in a double room 34 on the 3rd floor. The windows overlooked the theater and the theater park. When choosing a hotel, the reviews that bothered me the most were that the rooms smelled unpleasant and that the music from the hotel restaurant interfered with sleep. Therefore, when booking, they specifically asked for a room on a lower floor. Total: 1) there was no smell in the room 2) the music from the restaurant did not bother us, although once there was something on the verge of hearing, I believe that some kind of event was taking place during our arrival, but on the third floor it did not bother us at all, although we are very sensitive to sounds. There is also excellent sound insulation at the windows, with the windows closed, you can't hear anything from the street at all, no cars, no people, nothing. 3) the room is very beautiful, stylish, no "toad chic", although the interior is in a complex classical style, but very well-balanced 4) very, very clean, nothing to complain about 5) the room had: bathrobes, daily cosmetic cleaning and with it 4 bottles of shampoos and conditioners and soap, slippers, hairdryer, towels, air conditioning (it worked for cooling and heating), refrigerator (there is a bar in it, but there is also enough space for its products, the prices of the bar are not particularly more expensive than in store), a teapot with cups, two bottles of water - updated every day 6) everything works well - sockets, shower, light, all appliances 7) the room has a lot of space, spacious and comfortable layout 8) a comfortable big bed and nice linens, only the pillows are too small for me, but there was a spare one in the closet 9) as far as we understood, there are only 4 rooms on this floor, there was another single room and a staff room next to us, and two more rooms at the other end of the corridor 10) there is an ironing board with an iron in the hallway, you can use it freely 11) there is a big beautiful elevator 12) very, very polite staff, just wonderful people 13) you can book without prepayment on the hotel's website, send the booking number and write in WhatsApp and confirm the reservation or specify your preferences. I warned on WhatsApp that our flight was late - everything was fine, the reservation did not fly off, upon arrival we paid the amount of accommodation in cash exactly in the amount indicated on the hotel's website when booking 14) Breakfast until 11. We arrived at 10, sometimes something ran out, mostly orange juice, but you could ask for it and pour it. 15) the breakfasts are very, very tasty and satisfying 16) we ordered dinner in the room once - everything was quickly prepared and brought, nice, satisfying, a large portion 17) walking from the hotel is very convenient to walk to the center 18) there is a good grocery store nearby, and the ready-made food is quite diverse. 19) definitely want to come back to this hotel again

Convenient location, close to all attractions. Clean, well-maintained, renovated room stock. We took a room with the breakfast turned off, I don't know if it's possible without it, but in any case, the breakfasts there are excellent. Delicious, everything is fresh, a large selection! The restaurant has very polite staff. The girl at the reception wasn't very friendly, but I think Monday had an effect.. I recommend it!

I liked the hotel. Very well located - almost in the very center, everything is nearby, while on a quiet street. There was a suite with two rooms. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, there were towels, cosmetics, bathrobes and slippers. Spacious bathroom. Delicious, varied breakfasts - plus a buffet can be prepared for you sandwich, omelet, porridge, etc. The staff is polite. No complaints
