Very cool impressions from the Polonaise Hotel. We were with my husband in early November 2025. We lived in a double room 34 on the 3rd floor. The windows overlooked the theater and the theater park. When choosing a hotel, the reviews that bothered me the most were that the rooms smelled unpleasant and that the music from the hotel restaurant interfered with sleep. Therefore, when booking, they specifically asked for a room on a lower floor. Total: 1) there was no smell in the room 2) the music from the restaurant did not bother us, although once there was something on the verge of hearing, I believe that some kind of event was taking place during our arrival, but on the third floor it did not bother us at all, although we are very sensitive to sounds. There is also excellent sound insulation at the windows, with the windows closed, you can't hear anything from the street at all, no cars, no people, nothing. 3) the room is very beautiful, stylish, no "toad chic", although the interior is in a complex classical style, but very well-balanced 4) very, very clean, nothing to complain about 5) the room had: bathrobes, daily cosmetic cleaning and with it 4 bottles of shampoos and conditioners and soap, slippers, hairdryer, towels, air conditioning (it worked for cooling and heating), refrigerator (there is a bar in it, but there is also enough space for its products, the prices of the bar are not particularly more expensive than in store), a teapot with cups, two bottles of water - updated every day 6) everything works well - sockets, shower, light, all appliances 7) the room has a lot of space, spacious and comfortable layout 8) a comfortable big bed and nice linens, only the pillows are too small for me, but there was a spare one in the closet 9) as far as we understood, there are only 4 rooms on this floor, there was another single room and a staff room next to us, and two more rooms at the other end of the corridor 10) there is an ironing board with an iron in the hallway, you can use it freely 11) there is a big beautiful elevator 12) very, very polite staff, just wonderful people 13) you can book without prepayment on the hotel's website, send the booking number and write in WhatsApp and confirm the reservation or specify your preferences. I warned on WhatsApp that our flight was late - everything was fine, the reservation did not fly off, upon arrival we paid the amount of accommodation in cash exactly in the amount indicated on the hotel's website when booking 14) Breakfast until 11. We arrived at 10, sometimes something ran out, mostly orange juice, but you could ask for it and pour it. 15) the breakfasts are very, very tasty and satisfying 16) we ordered dinner in the room once - everything was quickly prepared and brought, nice, satisfying, a large portion 17) walking from the hotel is very convenient to walk to the center 18) there is a good grocery store nearby, and the ready-made food is quite diverse. 19) definitely want to come back to this hotel again

Excellent hotel: parking inside the courtyard or along the road at the hotel, very convenient location (with a view of the park area and the Opera and Ballet theater), a few minutes walk from the metro and the city center. There is not much variety for breakfast, but everything is very tasty (omelette, porridge, cheesecakes and pancakes, yoghurts with fruits, very tasty honey cake). Yes, the hotel restaurant is periodically closed for special service and music is heard, even in the room on the 3rd floor :) but it didn't bother us, and around 11 p.m. it was already quiet. During banquets, you can order room service. The room is cozy and comfortable, with clean, pristine white towels and bed linen. Very comfortable mattress and pillows, I slept great!!!! Not every hotel is so lucky for us :) The staff is helpful and friendly. We didn't find any disadvantages for ourselves. From the wishes: it would be great if there was a gym, at least a small one)) We will be happy to stay in Polonaise on our next trips) * * * Two years later, we returned to Polonaise again - and it is especially pleasant that the impressions remained just as warm. The hotel maintains a level of cleanliness, comfort and a calm atmosphere on site. We booked directly through the website - the staff called back, clarified the wishes by number. Upon arrival, everything was prepared and the check-in was quick. The room is still clean and cozy: fresh linens, thick, high‑quality towels, a comfortable bed - everything is just as good with sleep here. The breakfasts are still very decent. There is a menu order (the usual omelets, porridges, pancakes with stuffing and cheesecakes), there is a buffet format (with hot sausages, bacon. eggs, sliced and baked..) Everything is delicious and very convenient, but there is a choice - to have a quick snack or have a good breakfast. The location is still one of the main advantages: close to the Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater, Troitskoe suburb, Svisloch embankment and the city center within walking distance. Parking is convenient and free - in the courtyard or along the street. I also remember a pleasant moment: on my birthday, I was warmly congratulated at breakfast and served a strudel with ice cream and a candle - very sincerely and sincerely. We are glad that we made the right choice two years ago. Polonaise is still a comfortable and reliable option for us in Minsk, where we want to return.

The room had a comfortable bed, bedside tables, a desk, a coffee table, a storage cabinet and a wardrobe. There was also a fridge, kettle, slippers, bathrobe, hairdryer and washing set. There is an ironing board with an iron in the hotel corridor, which is convenient for those who want to put their clothes in order. The room rate includes breakfast, which is served until 11 a.m. The choice of dishes is not very large, but they are delicious and satisfying, which allows you to start the day in a good mood. Check-in at the hotel is quick and without unnecessary formalities. The hotel staff is polite and attentive, which creates a pleasant impression of the stay. However, despite all the positive aspects, there are some disadvantages. The refrigerator in the room was loud enough to make it difficult to sleep at night. The solution to this problem is to turn off the refrigerator. Also one night, there was a smell of sewage in the bathroom. In general, the Polonaise Hotel leaves a pleasant impression and is a good choice for those who are looking for a cozy place to stay in the city center.
