We had a rest with my husband at the Polonaise hotel from 11/23/25/25. in the Suite room. I was pleased with the hotel: excellent location almost in the city center, a chic, spacious room with all amenities, friendly staff. We paid for the accommodation with breakfast, it is very convenient to travel, do not bother with food in the morning. There is a small restaurant on the 6th floor of the hotel, very cozy, buffet breakfast for every taste- porridge, omelette, fried eggs, pancakes with different fillings, cheesecakes, meat and vegetable plates, etc. Juice, tea, coffee. You definitely won't stay hungry. Everything is delicious at home. If there were any questions, the girls at the reception, all very nice and friendly, easily suggested what and how best to do. You can walk from the hotel to the Gallery shopping center, or just take a walk. Right across the street is the Bolshoi Theatre... If you don't want to walk, calmly call a taxi, wi-fi in the hotel is free. Overall, we are satisfied, and we recommend the hotel for your stay. It's beautiful, cozy, and comfortable. I really liked the place!) We will definitely stop here again upon our return!) clean cozy and beautiful) the room is large , spacious and bright ) There were delicious breakfasts: a mini buffet included fruits , sliced meat and cheese, cheesecakes, pancakes, yoghurts.You could order an omelet or fried eggs with toast , served hot at the table ) the staff is friendly and helpful!) The hotel itself is located a 15-minute walk to the old town (the center) and there were other attractions nearby!) in general, we were very pleased with our choice)))

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room, and for me this is one of the most important evaluation criteria. The room is large, cozy, and has everything you need. The blanket on the bed is huge. The bathroom is large. Towels and linen are in good condition. The breakfasts are excellent. Cons: it is necessary to replace the pillows, the existing ones are narrow and the filler is crumpled, and also inform the restaurant manager that it is necessary to welcome guests.
