I really, really liked it!A cafe in the heart of the city.Excellent service, very attentive and caring receptionist, pays attention to each guest.The waiters also work quickly and smoothly.The burgers are delicious, very tasty and juicy! I was here for the first time (I'm from Minsk myself). The place is incredible! I took a burger - it was mega delicious. Cool teas (there are many other drinks). The service is excellent (special thanks to Stanislav), the atmosphere is just great, the prices are adequate, the music is not loud, which is very important to me. The work schedule is very impressive. My impressions were super positive! If I'm in Grodno, I'll definitely come back here!

Super, burgers are just space, delicious, they were not taken for the first time, now these are my favorites... You guys are great , the kitchen has a separate respect for 25 minutes and you already have hot juicy burgers , once again you were surprised by the guys) We took it to take away, there was an egg in our burger , we drove there, did our business and only started unpacking for 40 minutes with nothing - and were very pleasantly surprised when opening the package, the burger was wrapped in foil , but there was parchment under the foil , and the yolk of the egg was covered with a saucer so as not to grab , damn it super, thanks for the high-quality approach to the dish, they are worth the money)

The staff is very poor in service! There was a very unpleasant aftertaste. We came to sit with the company, we all ordered something. I don't drink alcohol, so I take Chinese tea (pu-erh) with me they don't have that. I asked for non-alcoholic beer, it turned out to be all beer with flavors, I don't drink that either. I asked, or in such a situation I can bring a jar of non-alcoholic beer to sit with the company. Of course the answer is NO. Well, that's okay, fine. I asked if I could at least drink my tea from a thermos, to which the waiter's eyes almost fell out on the table. Of course the answer is NO, YOU CAN'T DO IT WITH YOUR OWN! The whole company had to go to another place. In which they do not chase profit from a sold cup of tea. I hope in the future the waiters will learn how to serve people without rolling their eyes after hearing personal questions. And they will be able to compromise so that the people who came to the institution are satisfied. And after leaving, we passed on to others good reviews and impressions about the atmosphere of this place, which is much more important than the clink of coins.
I wonder if the staff there has become smarter and more competent....)

My son loves burgers very much.
We were with the child on 06/22/24 in a Clearing . There are usually very tasty burgers there. I asked the waiter which one is better to take for the child , they advised me with strips . We ordered one with beef , and the second with strips .The burger with the beef patty was normal. But the son took a bite of the burger with strips exactly once .He said he was full , I asked him to pack it with me .She's been crying, she's been trying to figure out why for a long time. It turns out that he did not want to offend the cook and therefore did not say that it was not tasty. And then he felt sorry for the money he spent.
I tried his burger, confused by the taste of strips (cardboard instead of meat) . I threw out the burger , paid the check , and wrote a negative review in the book of complaints and suggestions .

We ordered 2 takeaway burgers, one of them was with smoked sausages. And apparently the staff and the cook thought that boiled sausage would be a good alternative to sausages)) Thanks for ruining dinner.
Guys, if you don't have a specific product, then you either inform the customer and he already makes his choice, or it's better not to put anything in. So at least a person will think that they just forgot and it will be much easier to get out of this situation.
You make some of the best burgers in Grodno, but lately you've been disappointing.

It was a couple of years ago and there were very tasty breakfasts. Now there were not tasty burgers filled with sauce, a very small selection of beer in bottles, even less on taps (and even worse, it tasted exhausted and it was impossible to drink it)
The French fries are decent, but I was surprised that the sauce was brought in a plastic container

And I also didn't like the menu - there is not a gramophone and composition everywhere. What's the point of doing a half-moon? There's a full squad in one position, and guess for yourself in the other! They brought a salad with pepper, which I can't stand, and according to my memory, pepper should not be in the caesar!
