There's a problem with doctors. There are often not enough specialists. It's hard to find the right doctor. Doctors often take only 2-3 hours a day. In paid ones, you can find the right doctor at almost any time.

As far as I know, the staff there are completely fucked up in terms of ethics. There are few specialists for our city. So the same doctors are running around all the clinics in our city. If you did not get here for free, then you will come to the same doctor for a fee, but to a private clinic. There are always queues in every office. To sign up for an ultrasound is like getting a car on credit under a state program - 4 seconds are given for everything about everything and then the record is complete for a month.
