I would like to thank Irina Alexandrovna Budkevich, a traumatologist, for her responsiveness, professionalism and patience. With such a frenzied workload at receptions, she still remains caring and tactful. The doctor at the reception is torn between a dressing, an outpatient appointment in his office and a plaster cast, so that each patient receives enough attention. Many thanks to Irina Alexandrovna and the nurse of room 303 for your kindness, caring attitude and accessibility of medical care!

It's impossible to get to Egorova's therapist, you can only get a ticket for a month, but!! Even when she came a month later, she was on a course, no one called or warned her. They offered a coupon after another 20 days. . I am ready to wait for a doctor for a month, but not to constantly adjust the visit to the doctor. The offer to go to the doctor's assistant does not suit me, especially since there is a live queue. It turns out that we constantly have problems with the therapist at the site. I ask you to take action and punish those who have wasted my time - it also costs money.

In general, an ordinary city polyclinic, with its pros and cons. There are basically no maintenance issues. But the first visit to the district therapist (Mazur) caused confusion. The waiting time for an appointment on a borrowed coupon was three weeks. When I arrived at the appointment (the time on the coupon was 8.45), I entered the office at 9.55. There was only one person in the office all this time. From 9:00, those who were on sick leave were supposed to be admitted. The queue didn't even want to let me through on my ticket anymore, like my time had passed, now was their time. Well, that's a small thing. When I entered the office, I was asked to sit next to the nurse. The doctor didn't even look up at me. As it turned out later, the entire "reception" was conducted by a nurse. She prescribed pills for me, which, as it turned out, I could not take. Pills, if anything, for high glucose. During the appointment, people came into the office, the doctor talked to them, but it was as if I didn't exist in the office. At the same time, hospitals were closed, tests were added, and recommendations were given. I'm wondering if I've stopped them from working. After an examination at the medical center, serious health problems were revealed in me, and when you come to the doctor at the clinic and ask for help, the doctor does not even look up at you. Is this normal? While waiting for my turn, I heard a very interesting phrase, like a nurse rules the whole parade in this office. But I was kind of making an appointment with a doctor.
