The registration of the medical card took time, but they did not ask to bring a copy of the certificate and a pre-purchased notebook (for maintaining a hospital card). The registration of a medical certificate costs 40 manats with payment exclusively by bank transfer (we recall that Russian cards do not work), while you will have to run around the medical offices quite a lot, as well as donate blood separately in the received directions and do an X-ray (no longer in this polyclinic). Accordingly, everything will take not only a few hours, but also several days.
