The nurse lied that it was possible to take tests before 9:30, upon arrival, she discovered that it was not necessary to break her regime and get up so early. They also didn't give me lancets, at least I had the last one, which I asked for at another clinic. I've had tests here for the first time and I'm extremely disappointed. Pharmacies have not had such lancets as they give out to employees for several years, but only blue ones with a needle that is too long.. Is that how the toad suffocates? I always take it for a fee whenever possible, this time I know that the tests are purely formal, so there was no point in spending money - that's the result.

I would like to share my impressions and emotions after yesterday's visit to the otorhinolaryngologist (he is simply called ENT in the help desk) because there was no number for the local therapist.The symptoms are very severe sore throat, fever 37.5, headache. After waiting in line for an hour and a half (the doctor's room was taken in advance in the morning and I took time off from work), the first question is why did you come to me. She offered to measure the temperature with her 36.3 electronic thermometer!! In half an hour, sitting in the hallway, I measured my mercury 37.6 !!!Just a miracle happened in this office!!!I crossed the threshold of the office and all the symptoms of the condition of not standing have passed ... the recommendations of the ENT doctor to consult a therapist!!

** Terrible experience in polyclinic No. 31 – I don't recommend it to anyone!** I applied to this clinic hoping for help, but received only disappointment and stress. 1. **Queues** – even with a ticket, I waited for more than two hours. The reception lasts 5 minutes, and the waiting time is half a day. 2. **Rudeness of the staff** – doctors and receptionists behave as if they are doing a favor. Rudeness at every turn. 3. **Unsanitary conditions** – dirty floors, dust on the windowsills, and the smell in the corridors is like in a Soviet hospital of the 80s . 4. ** Endless paperwork** – to get to a specialist, you need to go around three offices, collect a bunch of certificates, and then also rewrite because "the system is buggy". 5. ** Make–believe doctors** - the examination is formal, diagnoses are made at random, treatment is prescribed according to a template. If your time and health are precious to you, run away from this clinic as far as possible! It is better to be treated with folk methods than to endure this circus. **1/10** – and that's only because the building hasn't collapsed yet.
