Boorish attitude towards patients. You came to work as a doctor, please work and communicate with people normally! Why do I go into the pre-doctor's office and say hello to the doctor and get "mmmmg". I don't understand, who am I talking to, a doctor or a five-year-old?.. the pressure and temperature were measured. I complain that my head is bursting, I'm coughing. They ask me how many days I've been sick. I've been talking since Friday (today is Monday), to which they rudely answer me, I asked how many days! Do you talk to patients or to your children? If your doctors have problems at home, with superiors or something else, this should not affect patients. I'm sick, I have to sit and take the negativity. You don't know how to work with people, you stay at home and spoil the mood of your family!

The best clinic I've ever met . Boorish attitude, huge queues, it is impossible to get a ticket to some doctors. Doctors don't care about you at all. Complaining about the heart , they hung a halter , came for a conclusion , and they just gave me pieces of paper about the conclusion , as if I should understand something there . I asked for a college certificate stating that I did not attend couples, to which they replied to me, "we did not see you with a halter, how can we know that you had a halter," well, yes, and the conclusion does not tell you anything.... After all , they gave me a certificate and then on the wrong date , returned , said about it so they also yelled , why didn 't I say when I was holter THAT I KNOW WHAT YOU WRITE THERE AND COULD ASK ? as such, stupid questions are asked "what did you do when your blood pressure was 144" mmmmmmm and I probably know when my blood pressure was 144

I will not argue with the words that among the doctors and in the pre-medical there are boorish specialists. But I want to mention the women's consultation. There are very nice girls working there, it feels like I've been to a paid reception. They always communicate respectfully, answer all questions, and work according to modern protocols. I would like to mention Shvetsova O.V. and Karpovich A.Yu. and their nurses separately. Really professionals with a kind heart. Over the years of observation, no questions or complaints about them, thank them very much!
