I just couldn't get through to anyone from the management, and they told the polyclinic's hotline if you don't like something, write a complaint.

Whenever it was necessary, I called this clinic. The certificate and registration are at a height. The general practitioner conducts the appointment for a long time, but is very attentive and delves into the problem. I think this is only a plus.
