I am very surprised by such a modern and beautiful clinic. From the reception desk to the pharmacy, there were no questions anywhere. They were all polite people. I called this clinic whenever I needed to. The help and registration are at a height. The general practitioner conducts an appointment for a long time, but he is very attentive and delves into the problem. I think this is only a plus. The insert. Sometimes it's not so easy to get through, especially on Monday.

Thank you very much to this clinic!!!Everyone I contacted (Gynecologist, Surgeon, Therapist) really tried to treat me! They are attentive to patients. The waiting time is very short (the appointment was made to the gynecologist and therapist every day)! All analytics were assigned quickly and the results arrived just as quickly! The only thing is that sometimes there is no paper for the printer on the ultrasound. Thank them very much for their hard work!!!

The traumatologist's office does not work from the word at all. There is no good doctor, there are some children who come here to stupidly spend their day in nowhere. 1 person in an hour and a half comes into the office and comes out with the phrase, you have a slight injury. These "students" need to be driven into the neck and hire normal, intelligent and experienced doctors. I visit this office 2 times in 3 months, the situation here does not change.

Wonderful staff, I have been serviced since 2016, I always liked everything. But... First, they removed the dental department, which was fully equipped with new equipment, and returned us to 31 clinics for maintenance, then the emergency room disappeared. And last year, boorish staff appeared, they mixed up my data and my father's, incorrectly issued a certificate to the 24th polyclinic, and instead of apologizing and helping, they were rude and hysterical. I just couldn't get through to anyone from the management, and they told the polyclinic's hotline if you don't like something, write a complaint.

I took off the star because when I took sick leave here for the first time, the doctor sent me to the head of the department first, and then to a woman from some commission. So this woman ended up cutting my sick leave by one day. I think, well, yes, you know my sore better than the doctor, sitting in an armchair. So I was on sick leave for three days and went to work. Next, I'll tell you about the surgeon. I have no complaints about the doctor, I admire his nurse in general. Since the doctor is a foreigner, he speaks with an accent, and older people often do not understand him, but the nurse repeats everything instantly. But due to the heavy workload of the surgeon, I have not been able to get into surgery for half a year.

One patient is admitted to the clinic for 20 minutes, she personally sat in the office for half an hour, all this time the doctor was typing an examination, she was very worried about coughing, but no one even deigned to listen until she asked to do it.On repeat visits, there was no inspection at all . I don't understand why the office for registration of disability certificates is working so slowly and creating queues.

I should have contacted the registry office. I lost the consultation report. I came and it was written that on 03/10/2025 the reception is open from 7.00 - 14.00. Since an employee is ill, contact the help desk. I took the ticket for the second time and they were rude to me in the 3rd window. It was very unpleasant. Train your employees to be polite. I understand it's hard to work with people, but if you don't like your job, quit. They didn't help me with my question and sent me to the registry office. I explained to the woman that the reception is open until 2 p.m., and in response, the reception is open on the second shift. I went to look for an employee, and yes, it turns out to be working. The woman was polite and pleasant. I did everything quickly and helped. You can also remove your leaflet and not mislead patients. It turned out to be an unpleasant situation.

Today I went to the gynecologist for acute pain, provided documents about endometriosis, MRI, ultrasound, I was sent to an infectious disease specialist, well, okay, I can still understand this to exclude infection, but when the infectious disease specialist said that everything was fine in my area, and sent me back to the gynecologist with the words "most likely, such pain is caused by your endometriosis" I I went back to the gynecologist, to which the girl told me that "everything is clean in our area." I was shocked, they didn't prescribe anything for me, they told me to go to a therapist. They recommended candles to eliminate pain, which would only make it worse for me, since the abdominal mucosa is so irritated, and the fact that candles NPCs can make the situation worse for me and provoke wild spasms again! So how can I visit the 40th polyclinic after that?

More than once I came across the fact that you come to an appointment on a coupon at your own time, but there are no doctors in the offices - they have a meeting. Then why issue coupons for this time? And yet, the doctor ordered an ultrasound of the abdominal organs for my son in December 2023 and wrote him down in the queue - the queue will come - they will call. It's July 2025 - where's the bell? Isn't the queue here yet? Or have they forgotten about us? I didn't wait, I did an ultrasound for a fee, but other people are waiting... This is just filth!!!

The ligament on my foot has not healed so well and now the pain will haunt me all my life (I'm a choreographer, by the way) And thanks to the gynecologist girl (I can't remember her last name), who said, "We can't help you, go to any private clinic."

I like my clinic. I would especially like to highlight the therapists Mazurova and Kazakov (I personally encountered them, I can't say anything bad) and their district nurses - gold! The X-ray room has excellent staff. There are wonderful girls in the office where they do EKG and SMAD.

The queues are disgusting. I've been going to the traumatologist since 10 o'clock, just 3 o'clock. Sometimes the traumatologist leaves, sometimes he sees someone without waiting in line, and patients are kept in the office for 30 minutes. And it's trite for me to open a sick leave, because they're waiting at work. They're all kind of salty here (doctors). They walk around, they don't do anything, they ask everyone to hurry up, but they don't react, they constantly leave for about 20 minutes. Everyone is in a hurry, nervous. Disgusting. Although there is always an electronic queue for the traumatologist, it has been removed here and everyone is sitting on a first-come, first-served basis. It's going to be the second shift soon, people are coming to take turns on the second shift, and we haven't been through the first shift yet. 2-3 people pass by in an hour. Disgustingly simple. It's not profitable to break down and get sick stupidly.

There is no information on the website that they have moved to the 40th polyclinic, and in general, the dentistry tab still has the old address. They couldn't get an X-ray because the equipment wasn't working. They refused to open the tooth, referring to the fact that it looked good on the outside, but they did not listen to the severe pain. I had to go take a paid photo at another clinic. As a result, the tooth was opened and the medicine was put in. Two days later, the same tooth started to hurt again, so much so that no type of painkiller helps even at the maximum dosage. At the same time, the doctors, when I came right to the appointment, said that this was normal!!! A friend faced the same problem. The doctor doesn't seem to want to do the job, but claims that we ourselves are making up this pain, or even that such a phenomenon is the norm and it really should be. It's just awful!

This is the worst clinic! If it is possible to go to another one, it is better to run from 40. I was registered in the residential complex, the gynecologist got the norm, but the therapist is something, pinched a nerve, this madam Googled how to treat and prescribed injections that are prohibited for pregnant women. I broke my arm, I spent the first day in line for a traumatologist for 6 hours!!!! This is just a mockery of people! Now my husband has broken his leg, the picture is the same! 5 hours on the first day of treatment in the queue, repeat appointment 2.5 hours on the coupon at 18:50, he went to the doctor at 21:10!!! I think this is not normal at all and we need to do something about it!

Unfortunately, I had to visit this institution. And that's the worst thing that's ever happened to me. I went to the doctor on duty about my temperature (day 3) and feeling unwell. I want to start by saying that there was a paramedic at the reception, not a doctor. It was obvious from the girl that she had recently graduated from college. The reception began with the collection of complaints. At the time of the announcement of my complaints, the girl was diligently communicating with someone in tg))). And then she called one of her friends and started discussing her personal issues. It would seem that the reception... there is a patient, a doctor and a nurse. But instead of making a diagnosis and prescribing treatment, the girl is talking on the phone and laughing almost at the top of her voice. And then the surprise, but where did such a queue come from? And why is the patient released after 20 minutes? I sat there for 20 minutes, and instead of finding out my diagnosis and treatment, they told me, "Well, look, you take the UAC, then take the results and go to someone. You have the symptoms of a newborn, you have congenital temperature fluctuations, this is normal." Really?) I've never had such a diagnosis in my life. "Well, your cough is also congenital." What kind of nonsense is this? How can it be congenital if it results in bronchitis? As a result, it's a waste of time. It would have been better not to go. If you want to get a real diagnosis and proper treatment, my advice to you is to avoid this place) The staff is just 0 out of 10. I know what I'm talking about. This is the second time I've encountered this situation. For the first time, the doctor's assistant assured me that I was not poisoned, but that the pregnancy was blown away by the wind)

It was the first time in my life that I had encountered such a negligent and clueless staff. Mom went to the clinic at her place of residence after the operation. They initially wanted to open the hospital for 5 days instead of the prescribed 14-21 (this information was in the operating doctor's report), so the stitches were also removed on the 7th day, although this could not be done. As a result, the seams parted. Now, instead of a neat seam, mom will have a large scar and she will have a longer recovery. In the hospital where they operated, they made strong and good bandages, but no, in the clinic it is necessary to remove all this and paste a cotton wool with a plaster that does not hold anything perfect. I won't say anything about the fact that the medical staff didn't understand what to do with her suture at all. "Thank you" for mom's wasted nerves and the "professional" attitude of the doctors.

The behavior of the employee shocked me to put it mildly: she behaved as if I had distracted her from an important matter, hurrying me all the time when I left the office and asked when to come for the result. She grunted at me in response, and about my clarification of the time, she barked take a picture of her work and ran away🤗 I'm not exaggerating. In my understanding, this clinic is intended only for medical examination. I was surprised that there is no such thing as "acute pain". I found out this in the help. I know that I have a neurological disease, I know who to turn to, but they give me an additional ticket to the therapist in the certificate, they say, he already issues a ticket to the neurologist. The therapist, in all seriousness, seeing that I am crooked-oblique, I cannot walk / sit without pain, says that I am not entitled to sick leave, but by the grace of his soul he will open it! A referral to a neurologist was issued, a ticket to him was taken for the same evening, and a neurologist (Druzhinenko, it seems)when visiting, I was outraged that no one walks like that day after day after visiting a therapist, you need at least a couple of days! I.e. come when you are healthy, it turns out ... In general, as I understand it, patients really interfere with the staff's work. By the way, the therapist Dikevich is elderly and sooooo slow to type, so he does not have time to see all the patients. He should have an assistant for this operation. I think that in a prominent place in the clinic and on the website it is necessary to post information about which hospitals in the city can be contacted for urgent medical care, so as not to waste time and nerves here.
