On the second floor, after being removed, she wanted to go down to the first floor and fell very hard. The fact is that there is a very large step there and it is not visible, it is not noticeable when you walk towards the stairs. Mom lost consciousness from the pain, got a knee injury. And she should not fall to her knees, as she recently underwent a joint replacement operation...She was in a state of shock when she regained consciousness. She was told that children and adults often fall there. There are even people who have suffered serious injuries, but for some reason no one pays attention to this. 🤷‍♂️
