Ночью спать невозмодно! Постоянно слышно гул басов от машин! Патруль не выполняет свою работу. Если бы штрафовали и ставили на учет, не было бы сейчас такого беспредела. Нарушители покоя знают, что на них управы нет, вот поэтому и творят что хотят. Гонки устраивают, дискотеки до 7 утра, пьянку устраивают и орут. Работающие люди тишины и покоя хотят, а вместо этого бессонные ночи получают, да еще после таких ночей, снова идут или едут на работу.
