Today, 09/22/2024, we bought a package of powdered donuts. They turned out to be cold and the answer to the question of why they are like that was shocking: "And donuts should be COLD!!!" To the question of whether they cook here or bring them, they calmly replied: "Of course, they cook here! Okay, after swallowing what was said, they began to eat, it was good that the tea turned out to be hot, otherwise it would be problematic to swallow a rubber, completely cold doughnut. But the chagrin did not end there, it turned out to be in the package...not 10, but 9 pieces!!! We are adults and we can count, why this deception? It's petty, like you can't see how many pieces are in the package? On a cultural request to clarify the situation, they threw the same cold doughnut! It was 3:30 p.m., Sunday, and they just don't have any others. As a result, we are disappointed with the service and the donuts themselves (size and taste). We have something to compare it with, we have tried it in different places in Russia and Belarus, but we would not eat such things a second time. For example, in Gomel they were cheaper and cooked with us, they were hot and large. The taste and quality were excellent, people ordered 60 pieces with us repeatedly!!! It is a pity that there is such a disappointment in the center of Mogilev!..

I wanted to order donuts for coffee, but after I witnessed how her boyfriend came to the employee and she scratched his head with her own hands, with an extremely long manicure, which is unacceptable in catering, and then with the same hands, without gloves, she served customers - I suddenly wanted to eat there. Uh-huh.

It's a good place. It is located in a shopping mall. A wide selection of donuts. Good fast and pleasant service. The donuts are delicious. You can buy it to take away.
