The donuts are delicious and beautiful. They are not always warm, they are not even in the package and box. A fragile young girl is always polite and pleasant.
But an unpleasant situation happened the other day. We took a box for 17. 90 glazed with a package. But the child asked to put 2 donuts just in the glaze. To which the girl replied that this is not allowed in this box! I clarified that these donuts are cheaper, put only 2 as an exception, and in a fairly friendly form. After consulting with a colleague, demonstrating a clear negative, they said that boxing was so promotional and they would not change anything. Okay, they took a box and 2 donuts separately without sprinkles for the child. It is unlikely that we will return again, although we often go to them when passing by.
By the way, after a smoke break and with dirty sleeves, the employee could have been more polite 👌

It was in the evening... on leaving the store, we decided with the girl to try donuts at Pon-Pushka for the first time.
Unfortunately, we approached a couple of minutes before closing, the girl at the checkout asked to choose from what is on display - but since this was the first time, we asked to "throw" at her discretion.
At this time, a man (who is apparently engaged in production) rudely informed that they were closing and closed the roller shutter in front of his face.
We contacted by phone to leave an oral complaint - no one called
back. P.S. - I hope the man was fired, and the HR department is more attentive to the selection of employees, otherwise such "cadres" can ruin the reputation.
