Donuts are delicious, but it is not always clear what to choose from: from what is available or from the entire assortment (i.e. they will make it for you). Sellers, again, do not always get in touch and explain anything.

The donuts are delicious and beautiful. They are not always warm, they are not even in the package and box. A fragile young girl is always polite and pleasant.
But an unpleasant situation happened the other day. We took a box for 17. 90 glazed with a package. But the child asked to put 2 donuts just in the glaze. To which the girl replied that this is not allowed in this box! I clarified that these donuts are cheaper, put only 2 as an exception, and in a fairly friendly form. After consulting with a colleague, demonstrating a clear negative, they said that boxing was so promotional and they would not change anything. Okay, they took a box and 2 donuts separately without sprinkles for the child. It is unlikely that we will return again, although we often go to them when passing by.
By the way, after a smoke break and with dirty sleeves, the employee could have been more polite 👌

It was in the evening... on leaving the store, we decided with the girl to try donuts at Pon-Pushka for the first time.
Unfortunately, we approached a couple of minutes before closing, the girl at the checkout asked to choose from what is on display - but since this was the first time, we asked to "throw" at her discretion.
At this time, a man (who is apparently engaged in production) rudely informed that they were closing and closed the roller shutter in front of his face.
We contacted by phone to leave an oral complaint - no one called
back. P.S. - I hope the man was fired, and the HR department is more attentive to the selection of employees, otherwise such "cadres" can ruin the reputation.

Очередной раз решили купить пончики, выезжая с работы посмотрели время работы точки Лобанка 94 в Яндекс картах, было указано время до 22.00 - успеваем, едем. По приезду точка закрыта и график работы указан до 21.00. Пишем в инстаграме, нам предлагают в качестве извинений забрать «Бокс Пробный» по адресу Тучинского 4, отвечаем, что неудобно, нам предлагают другой адрес для самовывоза Арена-Сити или Леонида Беды 44, снова неудобно, пишем это. Мы живём возле точки Лобанка 94, речь идёт о ней. Пытаясь «извиниться» за доставленные неудобства, создают другие неудобства ( предлагая приехать в другую точку города относительно нашего дома). «Извинения» на своих же условиях, браво PONPUSHKA👏👎

09.04 we were in pohnpushka, we love this place, but there is a minus: the cash service leaves much to be desired. There was a long queue, and the girl at the checkout, instead of customer service, defiantly talked on the phone.

Вкусно, аппетитно, сладко-:) периодически покупаем. И ещё очень нравятся хот-доги и чай. Все свежее и оооочеь вкусное. Вот бы ещё худеть от пончиков, цены бы им не было.

Вкусно ,быстро и приятные продавцы ! Ребенку и жене очень нравится! Для перекуса очень здорово вместо мороженого! Приятного аппетита!

Набор 12 штук , 3 из них были хорошего размера как и должно быть( есть с чем сравнить) остальные просто маленькие колечки ,они по коробке катались ... растроены .1 фото то что покупали в минске на сухарево, 2-ое и 3 в Гродно . Разница очевидна. Были куплины одинаковые наборы

пончики огонь, очень вкусные, но 2 звезды за то что продавец не предупредил о стоимости коробки
мы взяли 5 пончиков и она предложила коробку не сказав что за нее отдельная стоимость, очень жаль

Все очень вкусно 👍♥️Пончики и картошка фри мне нравится больше всего😚Персонал добрый🤎Но некоторые напитки дорогие, например бонаква, но это я считаю не минусом т.к. магазин рядом)

Брали сегодня пончики и Фирменный хот-дог и это очень вкусно 🤤 пончики свежие, не завалены Сахарой пудрой) хот-дог прям очень понравился булочка мягкая, сосиска вкусная) очень рекомендую
