It's clear that many people will want to cool off by buying lemonade or ice latte, but no. I am very upset , I stood in line in vain and wasted my time , it would be better to go straight to the mac or the KFS, It is a complete disappointment , No matter how you enter , you will be late in addition , the staff are very slow .

The day before the required date, I made an order for 120 donuts. I specified three times what doughnuts were needed and the number of boxes. But when I came to pick up the order, it turned out that the girl did not understand correctly and instead of the right order, they just collected 5 sets of boxes for me. I had to wait another 20 minutes and partially pick up the donuts with sprinkles, although it was agreed exclusively with icing. Otherwise, I would have waited even longer. It is a pity that your employee does not give a damn about her duties and does not have basic knowledge in accepting orders. As a result, the donuts were so hot that half of the glaze was imprinted on the lids of the boxes, and the sprinkles from the bottom row remained on the donuts from the top. It was very uncomfortable in front of the guests. I'm definitely not coming to you anymore.

I've heard a lot of laudatory reviews about these donuts. I decided to try it. I took an assorted box of 12 pieces. They put doughnuts from the window in a box. While I took them to their destination, they all fell into a pile, which is not clear with what. Everyone's taste is mediocre. Apparently, in order to appreciate them, you need to love donuts VERY much. For me, donuts for three. I won't buy any more.

Сделала предзаказ на Бобруйской 13 Бокса
пончиков 24шт. сразу на месте и оплатила в
20:04. Мне мазали 20 минут ждать. Я с мужем и шестимесячным ребенком жду все это время. В 20:22 она меня зовет и дает бокс Пончиков, который лежал готовый 20 минут! Когда стала говорить, что он не свежий и остывший, что я не хочу его, то мне до последнего его впаривали. Хотя другим за этот промежуток давали свежие и горячие, а нам дали уже остывшие и соответсвенно не такие вкусные. Я очень зла от такого отношения к клиентам! Я потратила свое время, так получила невкусные пончики, которые пошли в мусорк. Спасибо!

Donuts are just awesome, I have never tasted tastier than these. The price for them is acceptable, as for everything else I can't say anything.

ждали заказ 40 минут, хотя нам обещали 15. начали собирать заказ только когда мы подошли и начали расспрашивать. половину времени на кухне была одна девушка, остальные отсутствовали. практически все пончики были готовы, почему так долго собирался заказ-неизвестно. когда мы подошли, нам сказали, что думали, что мы не подойдем. всем, почему-то, говорили забрать заказ, а нам нет. не хочется больше посещать это заведение именно по этому адресу.

Были 17 сентября 2023 в пончиковой в Галилео (самой ее на карте нет, видно, чтобы отзывы плохие было ставить негде), и мы ждали пончики почти 50 минут!
В итоге забрали деньги (за что и получилось наскрести 1 звезду). Могли бы и скидку какую-нибудь предложить..
В общем, приходите сюда только если у вас огромная куча свободного времени

Пончики вкусные, но внутри жутко неудобно - нет туалета или элементарно раковины, чтобы помыть руки, все пончики с присыпкой, пудрой и глазурью нам кинули в один пакет, была жуткая каша! ☹️ хотя в других понпушках всегда кладут в коробку(
