On March 15, 2025, mom and sister went into a coffee shop a couple of minutes before the opening. They were greeted by a boorish employee and, without a smile, abruptly told them that it was still closed. I instantly ruined their mood. They left there and do not plan to go there in the future. I will also give up visiting this place in favor of other coffee shops in the Wave.
The 21st century is in the yard! Treating customers is everything. This coffee shop just lost 3 good customers and got one star.
I'll give you 5 stars if you give me a coupon for a free visit for me and my family.

At the same time, the question of why you work is "we sell what is ready" (there are 5 donuts in the window, which, apparently, plan to sell in the next 45 minutes).

I ordered donuts to take away. They said 15-20 minutes and you can pick it up.
I rode around the area for 25 minutes and came to pick up the order, but I sat for another 20 minutes waiting!
Two prisoners are walking behind the counter, who are either going to die now, or fall asleep - slow kapets.
While I was sitting there waiting, after 10 minutes they just started preparing my order, only 4 pieces of freshly prepared donuts were put in the box, and all the rest were put from the showcase!
Question: why wait 45 minutes for 8 out of 12 donuts to be put cooked in the morning?!
