The most powerful bar. You come as a sign-up at the age of 16, with joy and to pleasant people. The bartenders are the best ever, and I've seen a lot of alcohol since I was 10 years old.
The bar is so cool that patrolmen run into the toilet here.
It is one of the top 3 of my favorite bars in the CIS.
