A girl called to clarify the details of the order. Everything was processed, the girl said that the courier would arrive for the box before 18:00. He will call me an hour before arrival. I waited all day for the call, but I didn't get it. After 18:00, I decided to write to the chat to clarify when the courier would arrive for my box, to which I received this answer: "Unfortunately, the order has been cancelled. According to the information, the sender was missing. " Firstly, the box was supposed to be picked up from my work. I've been waiting for a courier at work all day. Secondly, I didn't get a call from the courier. Thirdly, no one even apologized or offered to reschedule my order. That's how they don't give a damn about their customers. Think three times about whether you should trust your cargo to a company like Pony Express.
