Hello. I applied for the services of Pony Express and was very pleased with the work of the team. It was necessary to send the parcel to the Moscow region (80 km from the MKAD). It is very convenient that a courier can come and pick it up directly from home, and this does not affect the price.!!! The delivery was very fast, on Wednesday afternoon the parcel was picked up at Fri. in the morning it was already from the recipient. The prices are also nice!!! I didn't think it would be a problem to deliver a parcel to Moscow or the Moscow region. In other companies, you can't have sweets, then the price is so much!!! that it exceeds the parcel itself in value.. I thought I wouldn't send it. But! I found the Pony Express company on the Internet and it turned out to be a salvation. The operators, Anastasia in particular, explained everything very clearly, the courier arrived quickly, without nerves.. everything is polite. We tracked the parcel and notified about the communication with the customer all along the way. Additionally packed in the warehouse.. I am very, very pleased with the work of the company. It's great when people do their job efficiently. Prices for people!!! Otherwise, other transportation companies, including Belpost, simply have no logic in setting prices. thank you!!! I want to say that you do not have competitors, they do, but they have delivery either from PVZ to PVZ, or twice as expensive.Yes, the deadlines may have extended a little: accepted on 13.02 - delivered on 25.02, but that's okay. Terrible Pony Express delivery!!! Do not contact this company of scammers. I paid for the express delivery. As a result, the order has been in stock for 2 weeks. Every day, the operators in the chat promise to solve the problem and apologize, but nothing changes. It is not possible to make a call, only a robot. After ordering a callback, each operator tells fairy tales, i.e. different information about the cargo. Their answer never matched. They promise that the cargo will fly out. But he's still lying there. No one works in this company. Only hackneyed phrases, "Your question is under control, wait for an answer, the cargo will take off by the next plane" But nothing has changed in 2 weeks. And from them one by one. Tracking does not show the information. You can read the reviews in VK - it's terrible! If you want to lose money, time and nerves, send a Poni Express 🤣 the word express is inappropriate, just a pony👍

Good deliverers, I use their services, there are no questions about the delivery itself. But, there is one caveat.. Couriers are not couriers in the full sense of the word, they are rather drivers. You need to deliver the cargo yourself and load it into the car, even if you have the first floor and carry a box of 10 meters.

The courier woman is RUDE!!! I used the service of this company three times, and each time I was forced to communicate with this so-called courier. The delivery time is not agreed in advance, I found out about each delivery 20-30 minutes before the courier arrived. The courier explains the impossibility of delivery at the time agreed upon by me by saying that she needs to pick up her daughter from school during working hours, or that she simply does not plan to be at the specified address. For this reason, the last delivery was carried through Minsk for 2 days and after the courier's tantrums, it was delivered after 21:00!!! On the sheet, upon receipt of the parcel, "no" was automatically typed in the "Claims" column, and when I signed for receipt, I naturally crossed out "no" and wrote "yes". Then she attacked me!!! courier. I was forced to threaten the police!!! THAT'S THE DELIVERY!!! Such employees are A DISGRACE to the company!

I wrote them an email 5 days ago, nothing was answered!!!! Moreover, the numbers of the same order are constantly changing. As a result, my parcel has as many as 4 different numbers! And also be prepared for the fact that you will be required to scan your passport (you had to trust such important data to this sharashkin office only because of forced circumstances!) and an explanatory note for customs if you are from the Republic of Belarus (??????????? it would be nice if they explained to me why the hell my parcel has been missing for so long). The site itself is badly flawed, there are a lot of jambs. For example, when you are asked to send a scan of your passport, the wrong pages are indicated there. Naturally, I sent them what they wrote, but in fact it turned out that other information was needed at all. The site often hangs, I managed to fill out the questionnaire only after a few days, because all this time it gave out an "error" when filling out. In general, if you want torment and suffering, then you are here!

A disgusting organization! I ordered vitamins from the iHerb website, and there was a choice between local mail and pony express, I chose the latter only because there is a tracking option. One of the advantages is the speed of delivery, but that's it. I'm sitting at work, a call from the courier: "I'm near your entrance." I was in a stupor. Why didn't anyone warn you about the day and time of delivery? Why do normal courier services either send SMS messages a day in advance, or ask you to choose a delivery day. What kind of working person will stay at home from 9:00 to 18:00? Or when I filled out the customs declaration for the courier service, immediately take a vacation to stay at home and meet the courier? The courier behaved rudely when I asked him to ring the doorbell to the neighbors, because "due to the spread of coronavirus infection, we do not walk around the apartments, let them go outside." But the neighbor is an elderly woman with sore legs. I just asked him to leave the parcel under her door so as not to contact a person (as, for example, in the 21st century couriers do "contactless delivery"). I listened to so many outrages in response, but, fortunately, the parcel was still given away. So many nerves have been frayed! And there is a second case that happened to my boyfriend. The same situation: a person at work, did not hear the call, called the courier back. Naturally, the courier was near the entrance. Again: where is the alert???? They agreed to bring it to the office the next day. However, no one brought anything the next day. Then, at the end of the week, Pony Express called and demanded money for a change of address, although, as I know, we paid for hand delivery when ordering on iHerb. This is some kind of extortion!

Managers are not trying to help you and figure out the situation, the sending process is confusing and there is no consistency of procedures between the site-operator-courier. As a result, due to the inconsistency of actions and poor quality of services in this company, my documents did not arrive at the right time, which brought me significant financial losses and in this regard I will have to postpone my move for 2 weeks. I recommend contacting another company.
