1. Popeye was in the Old Town, easy to find. 2. The place looks ordinary, nothing too fancy, but cozy enough to sit. 3. Standard set of drinks – beer, cocktails, and some homemade infusions. 4. Tried their tinctures, they were actually not bad, smooth taste. 5. Staff are young guys, they try hard to serve well, friendly attitude. 6. Excellent tincture, cozy bar. The bartenders are polite and ready to talk for a long time about their tinctures in three-liter jars. The price for a stack is 150 rubles. I recommend a visit. There are also three beer options on tap.
