Disappointment and poor service The order I ordered from Popeyes last night was a complete disappointment. First of all, the preparation of the order proceeded extremely slowly; I waited for about 1 hour, although it was written in the application for 20-25 minutes. When the order came, the chickens looked both cold and stale. Especially the crispy chicken did not have the freshness and flavor I expected, it was almost chewy like rubber. The French fries had also drawn off the oil and had become pasty. There were also serious problems in terms of hygiene. The inside of the package was covered with oil, sauces were thrown haphazardly. Moreover, because the lid of the drink did not close completely, it was poured into the bag and the top of the dish became sticky. Such sloppy packaging is unacceptable. I wanted to communicate my situation to customer service, but it was almost impossible to get to the phone; I couldn't talk to anyone until the automatic forwarding ended. This prevented the problem from being solved. Prices have already increased quite a lot in the recent period. In this case, such low quality and poor service is absolutely unacceptable. As someone who has preferred Popeyes before, this experience has seriously shaken my trust in the brand. I'm not thinking about ordering again
