We had a rest at Port 1 at the end of July, thanks to the owners for such a wonderful stay, as it is not pleasant to be in a beautiful place with your company, the terrace on the second floor is just great, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, the girls and I did not go to the sauna, but our men appreciated it, the font in such weather saves like never beforeEverything was at the highest level, thank you guys for having such places in our city .Rested body and soul ) There is also a trampoline for children, they jumped up with a bang! Dignities: Location (within the city),cleanliness and order,fresh linen ,billiards,terrace. And the most important thing is that there are up to 20 people, and there is enough room for everyone at the table. Thank you, we will definitely come back to repeat our wonderful vacation.

I want to thank you so much for the wonderful place to spend the holidays, I celebrated my birthday in the Port, it was great in a word) Pros- a terrace on the 2nd floor, a sauna, a refreshing font (it was cool for the girls, of course, but it was just amazing for us) A trampoline for children, billiards in a separate room, clean bed linen, towels, this is not a little important, because at another recreation center it smelled just rotten, a spacious hall, a large table, we had 16 people, everyone fit comfortably, the girls rated karaoke at 10+, of course not professional, but we are amateurs, we liked it) Of the cons: I wanted to steam with brooms, not bamboo ones, But this did not interfere with our rest. Thank you for the cleanliness and order, we will definitely come back to you, try out port 2)

We celebrated a birthday.I liked everything very much.we booked the second room. it was nice, comfortable, without prying eyes. We got there by taxi, but if you go by car, there is a large riser where you can then park the car and pick it up the next day.we want to come back again, but to the first hall - there is a playground for children there.one of the biggest advantages is the kitchen: it has a refrigerator, stove, microwave and, most importantly, dishes!!!comfortable furniture,billiards and music to choose from,billiards, for warmer lovers - sauna and baptismal font, shower. for those who want to spend the night, there are comfortable rooms. 100 points!!! Out of 100

We have been renting a recreation center for 4 times already! This is the first time out of four with new owners. I want to sort of go over the little things … The water in the font is very cold and not quite fresh (as it seemed to us). In the kitchen there were many different buns in the form of a coffee machine, an ice maker, a dishwasher , as well as serving dishes ... a huge minus that all this was removed ( . The karaoke system is also useless, the microphones scream and work every other time! A beautiful large gazebo and a sink near the barbecue were removed from the street . There is no firewood for the tandoor (even paid ones) and a poker for the barbecue. It seems like a small thing, but still.... Overall, the base is excellent!!! The money they ask for rent is not small, and the service is lame. Please take into account all the nuances, as we would like to get back to you)))

We rented different bases before, the equipment was faulty! Therefore, this is a big plus here. The house is cozy, everything is compactly located, not big, the sauna is good, and the water in the barrel is dirty! One big disadvantage of cleanliness is dirty! There were glasses from broken dishes and sweets on the floor after the previous guests, apparently, and if there are children, this is a big minus. Is it really impossible to carry out a high-quality cleaning before renting a house?It's definitely not worth the money, I don't recommend it.

The place to stay is good. But I take off the stars because there is no underfloor heating, there is no heating in the rooms where there are bedrooms. And very slippery tiles on the street. There is no Wi-Fi, it is only on the TV. In winter, when snow can fall. Which my friend successfully did and got a bump.

Overall, I really liked everything. Lots of nice details, taking care of the guests. But how the lack of cleaning spoils the whole impression. For God's sake, hire a cleaner for pennies or buy a dishwasher. Forcing people to wash dishes at the end of the evening or on the morning after a party is simply indecent, for such money. I hope you'll listen.

Of the good, only the territory itself with a barbecue and a roof terrace, and billiards with a sauna, therefore 2 stars. Everything else leaves much to be desired. The pool is broken, so who is not going to fix it (why is the flow of orders going on anyway) speakers that breathe a little (with the speakers more or less, just saving on wires, the company can't buy normal wires that won't fall off by sound every 2-3 minutes, and then they also accuse that they can't use music, only from their laptop, which the Internet loads until morning). Karaoke also has microphones, but they don't work, some kind of program is needed, no one can tell which one - in 2 words there is NO karaoke. It turns out that if you plan to relax, dance and sing, then you MUST take your own speakers and microphones! The last thing I would like to say is that for the price they ask, you can relax in the city and with better service and in a more picturesque place.

The second day of the wedding was celebrated in this place. At first, nothing foreshadowed trouble. We ordered a hookah - the flask turned out to be cracked and leaked onto the table. According to the sleeping places, we were assured that 14 people would calmly settle down. As a result, there are only 5 places. The others were sleeping on the floor. The bed linen is all musty, as if it was not dried out immediately put in the closet. The benefit was mine. At night, after cleaning the dishes, they loaded it into the dishwasher, it leaked and flooded the floor. We were busy with her until three o'clock in the morning. In the morning, the owners could not be reached, they were late with the eviction. But it turned out that at night in one of the rooms with transparent doors, the owner of this "brothel" was watching us and said that we were making loud noise late and sleeping on the billiard table (we were making noise at a closed recreation center, that's nonsense :)))). The price is crazy (1000 bel.rub per day), in addition, no one returned the deposit for the allegedly burnt stone countertop (yeah, well) with hookah coals. 0 out of 10, I don't recommend it to anyone
