Let me tell you - Best place ever you may find on the market. Prices are ridiculously low for what you get. Rooms are big, well designed, cosy, you have fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast is much more than breakfast. Modern Russian cuisine with cheese, meet, boiled eggs, vegetables, fruitful buffet... Dishes prepared by the staff every morning... They really want to treat u like a king... It's not breakfast, it's buffet! Now... Let's talk about what makes actually that place unique: the STAFF People are so so nice. Every morning, women who care for the cleanliness of the rooms ask me if I want my room to be refreshed. Because I don't wanna bother, I ofter say: no thank you. But when I come back, my room is always entirely cleaned, sheets replaced, towels renewed... Thise women are usually from places like Uzbekistan... They are really wonderful and warm people And here is what I will remember from that place - the Reception staff. In one word: Better reception ever you will never get. Every day, every hour, someone is here for you. Though they work hard, they are always helping you with devotion and smile All the staff is great. I want though to dedicate a special thanks to Ekaterina. She is a wonderful person, beautiful and naturally altruistic, always available, always smiling and ready to help you. She gives her best of her just because she cares But beyond everything, she taught me a lot about myself... And I owe her and words aren't enough to thank her I will be thankful to her for years and I will remember her kindness maybe forever My stay in this hotel is more than a temporary station. It is an experience at some corner of my life, where people appeared at the right place at the right moment You know.. Good places are run by good people! I had been working for years in 5 stars hotels all over Europe and Middle East. I can say I know a bit about services. Never have I seen such spontaneous and generous service from a hotel staff - never . Гостиница очень понравилась! 15 минут до метро. Близко небольшой скверик. Стены с хорошей звукоизоляцией. Впечатление, что гостиница новая: в ванной нет плесени, запахов. Номер регулярно убирали. Номер был небольшой, для двоих человек оптимально, окно было во двор, можно проветрить. В номере небольшой плятяной шкаф, у входа вешалка, есть плита, чайник, посуда (но мы не готовили, т.к. в городе есть огромная возможность поесть готовую еду на любой, вкус), круглый прикроватный столик для мелочей, стул. В коридоре оригинальное оформление, есть возможность купить из аппарата кофе, сок, мороженое. Рядом с номером есть стиральная машина, простая сушилка, мы стирали, удобно. В столовой простая вкусная еда, персонал спокойный, очень вежливый. Впечатление от пребывания в гостинице самые теплые, спасибо.
