It's not a bad hotel, it's especially good that it's at the airport, you can stay between flights. Of the disadvantages, the rooms are still tired (the shower is leaking, the fastener is broken), the wallpaper is peeled off in some places.... The same price for 6 hours is 25,000 tenge... Still not cheap.. More rooms, and the price would be lower. There would be no price at all for this hotel.

The impression is unforgettable after such a trip.

It is not very convenient to go out for tea in pajamas or if you have a small child and need boiling water! The staff is friendly. It's up to you.

I booked a room at the Port inn hotel through booking a month before departure to Astana, I am flying with a child in transit. Today, three days before departure, the hotel informs me that my reservation has been canceled, they will not be able to accept us- force majeure. The reservation was for a month! Cancellation literally before departure for unknown reasons, while booking received confirmation that everything was fine "waiting for us", but apparently the hotel administration had other plans for our room. Disgusting attitude.
