A good hotel, a solid four. The staff is helpful, everyone smiles, speaks English and Russian, everything is very clean, freshly renovated, there is free Wi-Fi, the hotel is located close to the shopping center and the market, there are also shops and a pharmacy nearby. Of the disadvantages, only good audibility of what is happening in the corridor between the rooms can be distinguished, which can be inconvenient for families with children.

An interesting hotel with a cool elevator in a transparent glass shaft. Very polite, attentive staff. One problem is that not everyone among the rank-and-file employees, alas, speak Russian, while English is not very good. But the manager is on top! A great fellow - speaks excellent Russian, a good organizer. Good breakfasts. You can order an omelet by choosing the filling you are interested in.

Great. The staff is polite and helpful. The bed linen and towels are not new, but they are snow-white. There is always hot water. The water in the room was replenished. The only "but" is far from the center. There are 2 metro stops to the old town, you also need to go to the metro. If you walk to the old town, it will take at least 45 minutes. Otherwise, everything is fine. I recommend.

I liked the hotel. Nice rooms, helpful and friendly staff. The kitchen is good. The place is good , everything is nearby . The sea is very close. There are good shops and shopping centers nearby. I really liked the family suite room. Everything is available for living, the kitchen is equipped.

The Port Rivoli Baku Hotel is an excellent choice for a holiday in Baku. The service is of the highest level, the staff is friendly and attentive. The room is clean, cleaned every day, cozy and spacious. The breakfast buffet is not a huge selection, but everything you need to eat and very tasty.We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and will definitely return here next time.

Paid locally– 56,000 for seven nights (took 2 rooms). Booked on Вооокіпд.сом , with payment on the spot, convenient, the service perfectly adapted to the current situation in Russia. By the way, the transfer, I took it to Voookipd. $13, fine.
In general, the situation with hotels in Baku is as follows, either a scoop, or beautiful-expensive-rich, there is no average person, or very far from the center. Our hotel turned out to be in the business center, thirty-five minutes on foot to the old town, twenty minutes to the embankment. But we almost didn't walk, a taxi cost two kopecks. You install "Yango" - an analogue of Yandex-taxi, the platform recognizes you, puts you on the machine -payment in cash and in advance, works flawlessly.
Three words about the hotel: fresh, very decent, the rooms are perfect, tea set, safe, air conditioning, modern bathroom, TV with a couple of channels and a bunch of our apps, "OKKO" and others, cleaning every day, without reminders and an iron on the floor. One problem came to light – breakfast, although the manager struggled, listened, apologized personally to the owner, and as a result, the problem was somehow solved. They stopped serving the cherished products, yesterday's buns and bought eggs for an omelet on time. I hope they will somehow teach the staff to work with the client.

I'll say this. Three stars maximum. In 5 days, we cleaned up 1 time somehow. The bed is not changed at all, everything is dusty and they are cleaned carelessly.
If you book, be sure to ask where the windows go out. We went out on the road. It was a horror. Cars are always honking, dogs are barking at night. Cardboard doorways. You can hear everything in the hotel and on the street.
The breakfasts are very meager and how everything is imposed that you don 't want to eat ... I wouldn 't advise anyone to go here , especially for such a price, you can choose better !
