I did not like the work of the staff, the order was expected before 1 o'clock (even lemonade), they said on the phone that places were not booked in advance, upon arrival, they saw empty sun beds, but they were not provided to us, they gave 1 sunbed for three. The towels are stained. If you write that the hotel is a 4-star hotel, teach the staff to work accordingly, and not to make money from scratch.
