Recently, a wedding was celebrated in the banquet hall of the Portofino restaurant in Astana. I really liked the design of the hall, everything was done in the Italian style. The restaurant staff was very friendly and professional. The food was simply amazing, all the guests were satisfied. I would especially like to mention the work of the waiter, who was very attentive to our guests. Overall, it was an unforgettable evening, which we spent in a cozy and warm atmosphere. I recommend the Portofino restaurant for any event.

The food was delicious, but not "5 stars". Sliced fish, well, so-so, thin, Caesar is very good, very fresh. Baked meat is very tasty, fresh, superbly baked, very good.
Further, the technical component, since we were at the New Year Celebration, we found a complete lack of ventilation, when people started drinking and dancing in the hall it became hot, wet and unbearably CO2 levels rose, uncomfortable, unpleasant. Neither the drawdown nor exhaust ventilation works, this is unacceptable for such establishments. There are two smoking rooms, but the hoods do not work and all the stench goes into the building, very very quickly, thoughtlessly and at this time unacceptable for such establishments. The floor around the perimeter near the windows is dirty and not washed, just smeared and that's it, it doesn't creak, so to speak, when you drive with your finger. Chairs are uncomfortable to sit for a long time,

The waiters and management of this establishment are not competent. They don't even serve meat properly, although they should already know. So disgraced in front of Kudalar and the guests. During the banquet, the waiters swelled up and lay behind the screen. They tried to cheat and hid the alcohol until they started to figure it out and would not have pulled it out. The service is very poor, the tables were approached after a couple of times, the guests were extremely dissatisfied. The hall is stuffy, there is not enough air conditioning system. It was very hot all evening. I strongly advise against spending the evening there.
There was also not even a refrigerator to cool drinks and alcohol. Everything was served warm. It was a horror. They are trying to cool everything with ice. I can write a lot more, but I don't even want to think about them anymore.
To be honest, I regretted very much that I chose this place. But there is no time to return and we have what we have. But I'm telling you, don't make our mistake.

Entertainment contests are poorly organized, stupid tasks not suitable for adults put many in an awkward position. The sound is also not very good, the music is yelling, then into the microphone, what the presenter says is not audible, because everything is wheezing, phoning, whistling. My name was announced for the presentation of a souvenir, I didn't even hear it, the speech of the presenter is not clear and the sound sucks. In short, the institution is 3. At a high level, it only has prices!
