Recently, a wedding was celebrated in the banquet hall of the Portofino restaurant in Astana. I really liked the design of the hall, everything was done in the Italian style. The restaurant staff was very friendly and professional. The food was simply amazing, all the guests were satisfied. I would especially like to mention the work of the waiter, who was very attentive to our guests. Overall, it was an unforgettable evening, which we spent in a cozy and warm atmosphere. I recommend the Portofino restaurant for any event.

The food was delicious, but not "5 stars". Sliced fish, well, so-so, thin, Caesar is very good, very fresh. Baked meat is very tasty, fresh, superbly baked, very good.
Further, the technical component, since we were at the New Year Celebration, we found a complete lack of ventilation, when people started drinking and dancing in the hall it became hot, wet and unbearably CO2 levels rose, uncomfortable, unpleasant. Neither the drawdown nor exhaust ventilation works, this is unacceptable for such establishments. There are two smoking rooms, but the hoods do not work and all the stench goes into the building, very very quickly, thoughtlessly and at this time unacceptable for such establishments. The floor around the perimeter near the windows is dirty and not washed, just smeared and that's it, it doesn't creak, so to speak, when you drive with your finger. Chairs are uncomfortable to sit for a long time,
In the general hall on the ground floor, as you enter directly, it is unacceptable for events, there are passageways in the kitchen, according to the technical component, an unattended room that is used for mass events, do not get caught.

The waiters and management of this establishment are not competent. They don't even serve meat properly, although they should already know. So disgraced in front of Kudalar and the guests. During the banquet, the waiters swelled up and lay behind the screen. They tried to cheat and hid the alcohol until they started to figure it out and would not have pulled it out. The service is very poor, the tables were approached after a couple of times, the guests were extremely dissatisfied. The hall is stuffy, there is not enough air conditioning system. It was very hot all evening. I strongly advise against spending the evening there.
There was also not even a refrigerator to cool drinks and alcohol. Everything was served warm. It was a horror. They are trying to cool everything with ice. I can write a lot more, but I don't even want to think about them anymore.
To be honest, I regretted very much that I chose this place. But there is no time to return and we have what we have. But I'm telling you, don't make our mistake.

On January 13, Mom's 70th birthday was celebrated! The celebration was held in the Grand Bal room banquet hall. Everything is very beautiful and tasteful, very good cuisine. We ordered a table for a company of several people. The food is cooked delicious, and everything else wants to leave the best. The service is so-so, poorly trained guys work, for a cheap price. There were dishes on the table, but there were no tongs to put them on, it was calculated that the waiters would do it, but they did not, they did not have time to call them, wave, yell and wait, like in a cheap eatery. I asked what to drink, except alcohol, they said that there was nothing but cola, later it turned out that the juices were also paid for by the company, but they forgot to say about them. Entertainment contests are poorly organized, stupid tasks not suitable for adults put many in an awkward position. The sound is also not very good, the music is yelling, then into the microphone, what the presenter says is not audible, because everything is wheezing, phoning, whistling. My name was announced for the presentation of a souvenir, I didn't even hear it, the speech of the presenter is not clear and the sound sucks. In short, the institution is 3. At a high level, it only has prices!

Очень хороший ресторан. Зал большой и без колонн. В зале два больших экрана, очень удобно когда проходят выступления артистов, певцов , посмотреть на экране а не тянуться из за стола. Кухня тоже отличная, персонал вежливый, официанты очень расторопные, всё успевают. Были на свадьбе, всё очень понравилось, еда вкусная, официанты молодцы. Парковка очень большая.

Отличный ресторан! Еда очень вкусная, особенно десерты. Отличное место для проведения банкета! Единственный минус лестница, тяжело подниматься бабушкам и дедушкам.
Была на банкете в зале, где вход с боковой стороны. Он очень вместительный. И еще в вечернее время освещали бы лестницу на входе с ресторана. Освещение есть на улице, но очень тусклое
Персонал очень вежливый!

Я была в выходные не в Портофино, а в банкетном зале Маэстро. На такси ехала, уде настроение поднял таксист, столько комплиментов насыпал.....))))
Был день рождения Кульшат и сороковины со дня рождения ее внука, Хакима. Мы очень хорошо повеселились. Это по казахским традициям тусовка женщин. Кухня все приготовила хорошо. Но мясо в бешбармаке было чуточку жестковато. Других нареканий нет. Обслуживали хорошо.

Молодцы! Сервис и обслуживание на высшем уровне. Приехал после караоке Janus soul, куда не пустили меня с деньгами. А в вашем месте оставил более 100 000 тенге всего с тремя людьми и просидели всего 40 минут

Недавно меня пригласили на мероприятии в данный ресторан. Конечно же, в каждом ресторане имеются свои плюсы и минусы.
Начну с плюсов переходящие в минусы:
Имеется большая парковочная зона.
Когда мы зашли, нас доброжелательно встретила и проводила хостес до место, где проходило мероприятие .
Само заведение красивое, уютное, чистое.
Обслуживание выше среднего.
По кухне : Понравилось, но, к сожалению, не всё. У каждого человека разные вкусовые предпочтение . Например, в салате ( к сожалению, не помню название) присутствовала полусырая картошка. Возможно, «по рецептуре» повара так должно быть.
В заключение напишу, что мне очень понравился ресторан.
Рекомендую!!!
