If you want to organize a day off, then you should warn yourself in advance, and not leave people guessing whether everything is in force or not, especially when we are talking about the end of December. It is very difficult to find a place for a corporate event, and not everyone can adjust to sudden, unreasonable postponements either.

What first catches your eye is the glass partition on the stairs in the lobby, which has not been wiped since, probably, perestroika in the 90s. In one of the halls on the second floor, where I was, the ceiling is high, but so dirty and sooty that it is better not to look there, so as not to lose your appetite.
