Hello. I want to show a photo before(photo1) and after coloring my daughter's hair. Look at how you ruined her hair. You Instagrammed several times and posted a photo of her on Instagram before coloring, but this coloring was done by another master in another salon, and you published the photo without her consent, and why didn't you put it after, didn't "brag" about your work. My daughter asked that they just tint the roots to match the general background- ash blond, I put the first photo in the hall before coloring, the second photo is after - copper roots. The third photo, eggplant roots, is the master who tried to correct his work by lightening it a second time and toning it in a cold color. The master's name is Elena, she did two lightenings with an interval of a day trying to fix it, but she did not achieve the desired result. She offered to dye it a third time, but the hair would not have survived the third staining.After the second coloring, the master said that the eggplant roots, as in the photo, will wash off like a regular toning shampoo in two or three times. But even in two or three weeks nothing was washed off, (photo 4) she bought Estelle's deep cleansing shampoo, toning shampoo and Matrix balm, used folk methods - coconut oil and kefir mask. My daughter paid 22,000 tenge for coloring, plus the cost of shampoos and masks. She wrote to the master, sent photos, we saved the correspondence, but the master did not offer a refund for the materials, did not offer it entirely, but offered to come a third time to correct her work, but she was afraid to go to such a master for the third time. My daughter has been wearing ash blonde makeup for seven years, as in photo 1, and for the first time her hair was so spoiled. Now they told me not to do anything in any salon. My daughter had to go to an important event, a memorable event, and now all the photos have low-quality coloring. Please take action, fix this jamb at least by making up for the material costs, although the Lawyer suggests filing for moral damages.
