the worst email I've ever encountered. the staff is extremely rude. the only time I sent a package from this post office, it was lost on the road. They didn't even give me a track number when I sent it. later, it took a long time to persuade the staff to help in the search. problems with the operation of this post office: - older employees do not know how and do not want to use a computer, databases and the Internet. - it is almost impossible to track a shipment without a track number, even if all the detailed information is available (date, exact time, full name of sender and recipient, addresses, contents, description of appearance, weight and cost). - in 2025 (!!!!!) This mail still only gives out the track number on paper and in one copy, without an electronic copy. This is absurd. - my track number wasn't even lost - it just wasn't given out initially. (since I'm from another country, I didn't even know that it was issued that way, and not, for example, sent in an SMS. in any case, I wasn't warned that I needed a printed track number) before the staff even agreed to search for my parcel, I had to listen to about 10 minutes of rudeness and rude comments. It was only after the scandal that they finally printed out the receipt with the track number, but they gave it only a couple of hours later to another member of my family, when he came to pick me up, because I was late for work that morning. it could have been done right away, without unnecessary arguments and nerves. the overall impression: - an old, damp room. - eternal problems with the Internet. - the employees are rude and do not cope with their duties. bottom line: I strongly do not recommend it if you value your time and nerves.
