Мне нравиться моя почта! Теперь там всё по современному сделано! Электронная очередь, отзывчивый персонал! Просто Добрые люди работают. Была небольшая заминка с посылкой, они всё обьяснили и рассказали как и что! Спасибо! И ещё одно преимущество, соит почта на перекрёстке Садового кольца и Покровки т.е. доехать можно любым транспортом и остановка автобуса рядом!

Отделение работает до 21 часа, однако, придя в отделение за письмом или бандеролью, узнаешь по факту, что их выдача осуществляется только по определённым дням и до 16 часов с отдельного входа. При этом возможна ситуация, даже если приходишь в этот период, этот отдельный вход будет закрыт - получение письма или бандероли превращается в лотерею.

Женщина в 3 окне работает просто кошмарно. Очередь на 5 человек, она никого не подпускает и поправляет ценнички на шоколадки и печенье. Большое спасибо квалифицированной сотруднице из окна 2, не могу за неё не добавить одну звезду, но 40 минут пришлось подождать, чтобы к ней просто попасть. Данное отделение занимается чем угодно, кроме своих прямых обязанностей.
