Yandex writes that the work starts at 9.00. It says 8.30 on the door. In reality, it's something in between. The only employee came at 8.45. Yes, the service is still Soviet in the worst sense of the word. But in the end, I got everything I wanted, even with a little courtesy from the post office employee.
Everything is miserable inside, of course. But the center of the capital.
