They withheld my package because I didn't have an invoice to a gift from my family. How would I have an invoice if it's a gift? The workers were incredibly rude to me, insulted me, and when I started crying they asked me if I was a child. Terrible service. They don't respect foreigners.

I like the way the post office works in Georgia. I'm still waiting for my number on the ticket, they don't swear, the girls-operators try to work quickly, speak Russian, for which I thank them very much! It's true that I couldn't get the postcards, as if the post office was losing them... but I don't think this is a problem for a particular branch. I've heard more such stories. But if you need to send something or receive a parcel, there is no problem, you can even pay for everything with a card
