You purchase a subscription and can attend training sessions in a convenient mode for yourself and, even more pleasantly, ALL Directions. I've already tried air ballet, strip plastics, high hills. I'm going to meditation today.I recommend the coach to be very responsive, the atmosphere at training is amazing. You leave the studio inspired and animated, filled with energy. Training in the studio is a pleasure for the body and emotional state)) 100/100

I opened the Potok studio for myself today. I went to a relaxing meditation on rolls. Coach Daria is amazing - attentive and responsive.
The training was really comfortable and relaxing. It feels like I went for a massage. It's cool in the studio, but it's what you need to do in the bike)

I love this studio, I go to aero and strip, at different times and to different groups, which is very convenient, I am happy with everything. It is also a huge plus that the city center is convenient to arrive by car and not worry about the car.

I was in the studio Stream. If you say a nightmare, then it's nothing to say. There is no heating in the studio itself, the floor is cold, and your feet get numb when you walk on it. Constantly knocks out traffic jams and the room remains without light. But the most terrible thing is the attitude towards people. In a rude way, they do not comply with the agreements. The impression remained positive.... Maybe I'm not the only one who got into this situation.
I definitely wouldn't rent a studio for my events. And I don't advise others.

При поиске студии пилатеса для меня важными факторами были: стоимость, количество человек в группе, тренер, время занятий, местоположение, зал и инвентарь.
В потоке из плюсов только местоположение и зал. Стоимость как и везде
Из минусов: человек в группе было 13 (хотя в переписке в Инстаграм я писала, что для меня важно количество не более 6ти человек), тренер молодаЯ девушка, которая опоздала на 10 минут с начала тренировки, время занятий лично для меня оказалось поздним.
Отдельно отмечу красивый вид из студии для любителей фото, для тех, кому важно внимание, отдача от тренировок и их польза, то здесь потеряете время и деньги

Hello. It's terribly cold in the studio. Everyone froze while they were there, and this even though the heater was working all the time! In addition, during our stay there, traffic jams were knocked out. The owner said that they sometimes have this. There is no service and customer orientation, and the place itself is unsafe and uncomfortable to stay in.
