We ordered a ceiling. A representative of the company came and took measurements. I asked him how long it would take to install the canvas. He replied that 2 people would be involved in the installation and the work would take 4-5 hours. Based on this, I planned the trip on the day when the ceiling was supposed to be installed. However, only one specialist arrived on the appointed day. He immediately said that he would finish the work no earlier than 19.00. When we asked for another employee, they told us that everyone was busy. I had to cancel the trip, although it was very important to me. During installation, the specialist said that the ceiling level goes 3 cm below the mezzanine above the entrance door and that we will not be able to remove the doors of the mezzanine. I said then that it was not necessary to do the level, but to raise the ceiling so that there was access to the mezzanine. The specialist began to do so. He finished his work around 19.00. I left the next day. A few days later, he returned and only then noticed that the doors of the mezzanine could not be opened, they rested against the framing corner of the stretch ceiling.I forcibly opened the door and the corner stretched out of its place.After tucking it back in, I tried to clamp the top of the door, but my hand slipped off and I pierced the canvas. I called the company and explained the situation. As a result, I was offered to raise the ceiling level at the door for 230 rubles, and if not raise it, just repair the puncture for 180 rubles. I asked to make it at least half cheaper, because it's not only my fault, but also the fault of a specialist who didn't install the canvas a little higher so that the frame wouldn't interfere with the opening of the mezzanine door. But I got a complete lie in return. Allegedly, when installing the canvas, the specialist told me that the doors needed to be trimmed, but I refused. I was shocked by this response. The specialist saw that the doors of the mezzanine would cling to the framing corner, but he didn't say anything because he didn't have time to fix it. I believe that in pursuit of super profits, the company sends one person to the facilities. If there were 2 specialists working, this would not have happened. There would be no such rush to complete the work and there would be no such mistakes. I strongly do not recommend this company.
