There is a gravitron! An excellent simulator for beginners, which is not available in most gyms. Pleasant administration, there is a swimming pool. It's comfortable enough to train.

On the plus side: recently the price was slightly reduced, which is good) good cardio equipment, there are even a lot of them. There are quite a few people now, so the hall seems almost empty, and I study after 18:00. The receptionist is very polite and cheerful. Good changing rooms and showers.
Of the cons: I can't disagree, one set of dumbbells is clearly not enough, especially with a small weight. The pool is very small, but I would like to swim after training or even instead. It would be possible to add at least one more simulator with a squat bar, if there are enough people who are fashionable and can't wait))

Pros - A lot of cardio equipment (a quarter can be removed), there are 4 showers , towels are provided, a pleasant contingent, there are enough girls (Including a pretty elf)) There are different types of simulators (you can add some) Up to 18-30 is quite free. Polite reception, there is something to feed on.
Cons - 1 set of dumbbells, from minimum to 30-35 like.
There is only 1 bench press (remove a couple of unnecessary skis, add at least 1 more lounger. ) + a couple of benches. There are a lot of people after 19-00.
Upd. The price has also gone somewhere. Since March.
