By and large, I like this building, it's atmospheric. After sunset, the blood-red backlight is turned on. Creepy, but attractive).
I live right next door and therefore have the opportunity to observe how our Ministry of Emergency Situations lives. Interesting, but disturbing. The building itself has been in disrepair for several years, apparently. Nevertheless, the main part was built 100 years ago. The plaster was stripped off in many places several years ago.

Three walls out of a possible 4 were demolished. Although the building is a historical monument. The 1-star rating is not for the building itself, but for the people who decided on such a "reconstruction"
