I thought okay, I didn't say anything about it, but apparently the specialists don't understand fabrics. I submitted everything again, specified the time frame, one week. I called myself 2.5 weeks later and it started tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. At the pick-up point , they say we have nothing to do with it at all . As a result, after 3 weeks, without any explanations, apologies, or just to establish a dialogue with me, a driver brought me, who also knows nothing. I do not recommend it! Save your nerves and money.

Terrible laundry. They promised to wash the jacket in three days, as a result, they returned it two weeks later. (After many calls with reminders about yourself).The jacket is ruined, you can't wear it anymore. Moreover, it is poorly washed. They were rude to the audience on the phone and refused to admit their guilt. So if you don't want to be left without a thing given to this laundress and not spoil your nerves, look for more responsible and decent people.
