I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service at the laundry. The first thing that pleased me was the fast and efficient work of the staff. They were professional and attentive to my requests. My clothes were well washed and neatly folded, which added to their pleasant appearance.
I also liked the cleanliness and order of the laundry room. This gave the impression of reliability and professionalism. The prices were adequate, which is also important for me as a customer.
We were especially pleased to have a variety of amenities for customers, such as coffee and magazines. This made the waiting process more comfortable and enjoyable. I also appreciated the convenient location of the laundry room, which made the washing process more convenient and affordable.
In general, my experience of visiting the laundry was positive, and I recommend it to anyone who appreciates a professional approach to cleaning clothes and wants to feel comfortable while waiting.

Terrible service!! There are even a lot of 1 stars, they constantly handed over jackets so that the fluff and filler do not get lost, but here they do not carry guarantees for this, as a result, minus one jacket!with the same success, you can wash the washing machine at home, the effect is the same, but money will be saved!

They called, they throw it off. I had to come. They looked at us, how should I put it mildly, strangely. The woman who was referred from behind the counter said that she was not engaged in this work, very rudely "advised" to contact the girl behind the counter again, who is allegedly on sick leave, but is at the workplace. The girl from behind the counter stood up and said that she would not take anything and do anything. (The question is open: why is a person sick and at work. To infect someone else: employees, visitors? It is not ethical, especially a sick employee without protective equipment: at least masks) In general, the impression remained the most negative. Based on the fact that we saw how everything is happening inside, then I will not carry my things there under a cannon shot. Explicit self-affirmation of the staff at the expense of customers. Customer orientation is 0 out of 100.
