Strange yoga for beginners. Firstly, when I came in, the group consisted of 25-30 people, well, it's ridiculously simple. Of course, I understand that if you want individual lessons, pay more, but even 14 rubles per lesson is money. And what is the benefit and effect of these activities is unclear. The hall is very hot and stuffy. I came for the first time, before that I was at yoga, there were also group classes, but not 3737337 people, and the teacher paid attention to everyone, it was in another city. I stayed in class for 10-15 minutes and realized that it was just a waste of money and time. With this makar, I could turn on the video at home and work out, probably it would have been more useful. The classes are aimed at cutting down more money. I didn't even have a place to put a rug, I was huddled in a corner, I couldn't hear anything, I couldn't see anything, and I couldn't keep up with the group, since it was the first time. I do not recommend it at all, I think there is yoga in Gomel, where there are not an unlimited number of people in the class.
