4 points is an undeservedly low estimate for the Province. If you want simple Soviet homemade food, without the bells and whistles in the form of sesame seeds in powder, you are definitely here. It's very inexpensive and delicious. Yes, you won't see the design of the dishes, but the quality of the dishes is excellent. The menu changes every day. I noticed that it was here that I saw the largest possible number of locals dining. And that says a lot.

My aunt's anniversary was celebrated at this institution. What can I say, everything is terrible!!! Pros: a fairly convenient location and a good interior. That's probably all! Cons: not tasty, not visually appealing food. It was more or less possible to eat baked fish and hot with draniki (although hot with draniki , sausage , pork rinds, well, it's a little fatty , but at least it's edible) . The pickles weren't much, the rustic potatoes in the first hot dish were like breadcrumbs, the meat could have been. The aspic is bland, the tongue in it is thinner than sliced meat... well, okay, we didn't expect much, we assumed that the kitchen was like in a canteen. THERE IS A SEPARATE HUGE DISADVANTAGE TO THE STAFF!!!! The adminstrator and 2 waiters stood at the bar all evening, or rather sat with discontented faces. The table did not get rid of the word at all! Empty bottles and plates were left standing until 2 a.m. When the 2 hot dishes were served, we were told by the waiter to change the plates. Unfortunately, they were changed. Not a single smile all evening, nothing. It was also interesting that, in addition to the anniversary, the corporate was celebrated in the restaurant. So, on the evening itself, it became known, and not from the administrator, that the corporation had ordered its host and contests were held with them, and we sat for an hour to wait for the music. And the music played what they ordered. Well, it's kind of weird. I think that we should be warned about this in advance, because we came to the same thing on the same basis! I'll say this, the impression is terrible, I don't recommend the word at all!
