I thank manager Katerina. We talked in TG, because it's so convenient for me. Katerina answered all my hundred requests and adjustments to requests clearly and promptly. I did not try to impose something, which is most popular (like many). I applied several times for calculations in the directions of Southeast Asia (Tai, Vietnam). But everything was changing with us. As a result, we flew through this company to Phuket. The Baumancasa Hotel on Karon is cool and fully met my request for location and other criteria. We arranged everything online (it was possible to come to the office). Отличный оператор, дважды брали тур у них, быстрая поддержка в туре и оформление документов, проблем в пути не возникало, заранее предупредили о возможном ремонте на территории отеля и посоветовали другой, отпуск прошёл отлично.
