We stayed at the hotel in September 2025. The check-in was quick thanks to Lisa, an employee. She speaks excellent Russian! They left $100 as collateral and gave me a magnetic card. It is impossible to get to your floor by elevator without a card. You also need it when you go to breakfast or to the beach to use the shower or toilet in the underpass. The hotel's convenient location is close to the famous Lotus, many cafes, massage parlors, shops, and two shopping malls. The room is on the 28th floor. The view from the window is breathtaking! The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: bathrobes, towels, slippers for the room, slates for the beach. Snow-white soft bed linen is beyond praise! Water, coffee, tea, toothpaste and brushes were replenished daily. The TV was turned on once, on the first day. We searched for channels in Russian, couldn't find them, and didn't turn them on anymore. And he's not needed on vacation. The hotel has excellent Wi-Fi. Sometimes he even catches them on the beach. The safe was not used, the money and documents were put away in a suitcase with a combination lock. The undeniable advantage of the hotel is the underground passage leading to the city beach. The traffic in Nha Trang is very heavy, no one stops at the pedestrian crossing to let pedestrians pass. At the end of the underpass, at the exit to the beach, the hotel employee issues towels for entry in the bill. We have already written that there are few sun beds. It's true. However, if all the sun beds are occupied at 8 a.m., then around 9 a.m. they begin to be vacated. Someone leaves for a late breakfast, someone just prefers to spend on the beach only in the early morning hours when the sun is not so active. The beach is clean, it's being monitored. The entrance to the sea is shallow. The sea itself is warm in September (+29+30), soft as silk! I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of breakfast dishes: boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, omelet, various yogurts, nuggets, bacon, soup, rice, noodles, sausage, sausages, cheese, rolls. You can make your own salad of greens, lettuce leaves, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, olives and olives. There are various sauces for dressing. I liked the hot dish the most, which I called "dumplings". Minced meat with spices is wrapped in a thinly rolled rice flour dough in the form of a roll. The fruits included watermelon, pitahaya, bananas, guava, and some other fruit that looked like a small green apple. Desserts: puffs, muffins, Viennese waffles, donuts. Everything is fresh and delicious. The hotel staff is polite and friendly, always ready to help. Relaxing music is played in the lobby and restaurants. In one of the compositions, the melody from the song "A Million Scarlet Roses" is easily guessed. There is also a table in the lobby where glasses and teapots of ginger tea are placed. We have already written in the reviews that there are many Chinese people in the hotel. It's true, there are many of them. But they don't bother at all if they don't sing karaoke at night. I will definitely come to Nha Trang again. And I know for sure that I will stay at the Premier Havana 5* hotel.

Super hotel we want to come back again! Yes, there are practically no sun beds on the beach, there are sand fleas on the beach. There is nowhere to dry things - this is a huge disadvantage. Also one of the disadvantages is a cold pool with constant winds after 12h. There's no escape. There are a lot of Chinese. There were also problems with the breakfast-dinner system, but thanks to the employee Lisa - she speaks Russian and helped us. We were also helped by a boy at the reception, who is apparently from China. There are 2 types of bathrobes and slippers in the rooms (for the room and for the beach), a paid mini bar. We were worried that the construction site would be noisy nearby, but apparently it has not been functioning for many years. Excellent location-the very center. Overall, we really enjoyed it!

Hotels on the beach. The location is very good, and there are shops and cafes nearby. Sea view, probably from all or almost all rooms. But few rooms have balconies, and this is a huge disadvantage, since the linen in the room takes a long time to dry, and there is nowhere to dry it. The room was large, I liked the sound insulation, I didn't hear anyone. The closet is small and there are no shelves. There is everything for breakfast, but it is tasteless, and there are 3 types of fruits. There is an underground passage to the sea, which is convenient. The pool is on the 5th floor, but the water is cold and windy all the time. There is a view restaurant on the 40th floor. It's pretty bad and expensive. We took a set. My husband and I had enough, even a little left. The cocktails are beautiful, but expensive. I personally didn't go to the disco; they play techno there, it's impossible to dance, you just swing and that's it... there are 8 elevators, but sometimes you had to wait. In principle, it's cozy, clean, and comfortable, but I'm sure there are better ones.…
