We stayed at the hotel in September 2025. The check-in was quick thanks to Lisa, an employee. She speaks excellent Russian! They left $100 as collateral and gave me a magnetic card. It is impossible to get to your floor by elevator without a card. You also need it when you go to breakfast or to the beach to use the shower or toilet in the underpass. The hotel's convenient location is close to the famous Lotus, many cafes, massage parlors, shops, and two shopping malls. The room is on the 28th floor. The view from the window is breathtaking! The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: bathrobes, towels, slippers for the room, slates for the beach. Snow-white soft bed linen is beyond praise! Water, coffee, tea, toothpaste and brushes were replenished daily. The TV was turned on once, on the first day. We searched for channels in Russian, couldn't find them, and didn't turn them on anymore. And he's not needed on vacation. The hotel has excellent Wi-Fi. Sometimes he even catches them on the beach. The safe was not used, the money and documents were put away in a suitcase with a combination lock. The undeniable advantage of the hotel is the underground passage leading to the city beach. The traffic in Nha Trang is very heavy, no one stops at the pedestrian crossing to let pedestrians pass. At the end of the underpass, at the exit to the beach, the hotel employee issues towels for entry in the bill. We have already written that there are few sun beds. It's true. However, if all the sun beds are occupied at 8 a.m., then around 9 a.m. they begin to be vacated. Someone leaves for a late breakfast, someone just prefers to spend on the beach only in the early morning hours when the sun is not so active. The beach is clean, it's being monitored. The entrance to the sea is shallow. The sea itself is warm in September (+29+30), soft as silk! I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of breakfast dishes: boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, omelet, various yogurts, nuggets, bacon, soup, rice, noodles, sausage, sausages, cheese, rolls. You can make your own salad of greens, lettuce leaves, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, olives and olives. There are various sauces for dressing. I liked the hot dish the most, which I called "dumplings". Minced meat with spices is wrapped in a thinly rolled rice flour dough in the form of a roll. The fruits included watermelon, pitahaya, bananas, guava, and some other fruit that looked like a small green apple. Desserts: puffs, muffins, Viennese waffles, donuts. Everything is fresh and delicious. The hotel staff is polite and friendly, always ready to help. Relaxing music is played in the lobby and restaurants. In one of the compositions, the melody from the song "A Million Scarlet Roses" is easily guessed. There is also a table in the lobby where glasses and teapots of ginger tea are placed. We have already written in the reviews that there are many Chinese people in the hotel. It's true, there are many of them. But they don't bother at all if they don't sing karaoke at night. I will definitely come to Nha Trang again. And I know for sure that I will stay at the Premier Havana 5* hotel.

Super hotel we want to come back again! Yes, there are practically no sun beds on the beach, there are sand fleas on the beach. There is nowhere to dry things - this is a huge disadvantage. Also one of the disadvantages is a cold pool with constant winds after 12h. There's no escape. There are a lot of Chinese. There were also problems with the breakfast-dinner system, but thanks to the employee Lisa - she speaks Russian and helped us. We were also helped by a boy at the reception, who is apparently from China. There are 2 types of bathrobes and slippers in the rooms (for the room and for the beach), a paid mini bar. We were worried that the construction site would be noisy nearby, but apparently it has not been functioning for many years. Excellent location-the very center. Overall, we really enjoyed it!

But few rooms have balconies, and this is a huge disadvantage, since the linen in the room takes a long time to dry, and there is nowhere to dry it. There is everything for breakfast, but it is tasteless, and there are 3 types of fruits. There is an underground passage to the sea, which is convenient. The pool is on the 5th floor, but the water is cold and windy all the time. There is a view restaurant on the 40th floor. It's pretty bad and expensive. We took a set. My husband and I had enough, even a little left. The cocktails are beautiful, but expensive. I personally didn't go to the disco; they play techno there, it's impossible to dance, you just swing and that's it... there are 8 elevators, but sometimes you had to wait. In principle, it's cozy, clean, and comfortable, but I'm sure there are better ones.…

That's why we slept with the curtains drawn and didn't wake up with a view of the sea.… The room itself is very dirty, all the glass surfaces are terribly dirty and streaked, the room was not cleaned very well. Towels were brought every day and the bed was clean, but with someone's hair after washing))) there is carpet in the room, it is very disgusting to walk on it. In general, the room is so shabby that if you don't look closely, it's very dirty and unwashed. The taps were clean, thanks for that. The food at the breakfasts is normal, you will definitely find something. If you are not very squeamish, then the price corresponds to the quality in my opinion. We lived on the 41st floor, we had a magnificent view from the bathroom (there are two panoramic windows) and had a balcony overlooking the sea and the main square with the Lotus Tower. There was a nightclub above us, but it didn't make us uncomfortable. We cleaned every day. The room has a tea station, bathrobes, disposable brushes with paste, a shaving machine with cream, cotton pads and sticks, a shower cap, shower gel and shampoo. The food for breakfast is the same, but you could choose and change something new every day. There are 4-5 types of fruits: watermelon, dragon fruit, bananas, guava, passion fruit. Very tasty thermal yoghurts. There are three types of soups, potatoes, rice, bacon, sausages, ham, chicken, fish, pastries. You won't be hungry. A big advantage is the first line, but especially the underpass (taking into account the chaotic traffic on the roads), in which showers and toilets are only for hotel guests. The disadvantage is that there are few sun beds, and you have to come at 6 a.m. to borrow for free or pay 100,000 dong for a sunbed in the neighborhood. The location is good, everything is within walking distance. The price is consistent with the quality.

The hotel is located in the very center of Nha Trang, close to cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, currency exchanges, massage parlors, and tour desks. It's easy to cross the road to the beach. The hotel also has the only underground passage to the beach in the city and its own sun beds — this is a huge plus! The room was on the 35th floor, with a panoramic view of the sea and the city, especially beautiful at dawn. The room is spacious, clean, with a huge bed and daily cleaning. The breakfasts are amazing! A large selection of dishes, fruits, pastries. And all this is with a view of the sea through the panoramic windows of the restaurant. 🏊 On the 5th floor there is an infinity pool with a horizon effect, an ideal place for photos and relaxation. 🌃 And on the roof there is the SkyLight club with live music, dancing, cocktails and a glass balcony above the city. A very vivid impression! The hotel is stylish, modern, the staff is polite and always ready to help. One of the disadvantages: during rush hours, sometimes you have to wait a little for the elevator. But otherwise, everything is great. , I recommend it! If you are looking for a hotel in the center of Nha Trang with great views, amenities and atmosphere, Premier Havana is definitely the place for you.

We just returned from this wonderful hotel. We rested for two weeks from April 4, 2025. The room was 4126 with a balcony. I really liked everything, from the design to the cuisine in the restaurant, although we only ate at breakfast. The location is one of the best, the Lotus is visible from the window. The sea is 100 meters away via an underground passage. There are not enough 24 sun beds for the entire hotel.You can't hear the noise of the club when the door is closed. A very good hotel for your money! The breakfasts are delicious, from European: boiled eggs / omelets, pastries, tomatoes, cucumbers, sausage, bacon. But the Asian table is sooooo delicious... in general, everything is very tasty. The rooms are big, the views are great. My child and I wrote that we could hear a rooftop bar on high floors, so I immediately asked for a lower room. But those who lived upstairs said they couldn't hear the music at all. The 90% contingent is tourists from South Korea. On the downside, there are sooo few sun beds on the beach. For a hotel like this, 20 pieces is ridiculous. At 6:30 a.m., everyone is already occupied by our tourists, of course. The beach has been open since 6. Overall, everything is great. Since we never had enough sun beds, we rented 2 sun beds with an umbrella for the whole day on the neighboring beach for 200 thousand. Towels and things were left for lunch, the owners always watched and did not let anyone on our sun beds. But who cares who's as lucky as I am -I've been eaten by all the fleas on this beach. I don't know what's on the beach in Havana, it's 10 m away, maybe they're processing it there.

In the future, I will not strive to take a view of the sea)))) Insects (this is the main thing for me) NOT AT ALL!!! Which is very very pleasing!!! According to the nutrition, we had breakfast. We, two adults, had breakfast included, but for a child of 7 years old, we were charged 270 thousand VND ($ 11) per day. The child has little appetite, is allergic, and doesn't eat all the food at home, but of course she didn't eat anything there. Of course, this is very much not taken into account by the hotel ((( If porridge or muesli were beaten, but from European food, only boiled egg and forks with vegetables. I asked you to make an amlet without vegetables. Thank you for not refusing. Our dad is an omnivore, it was delicious for him, coffee and fruit for me. If you close your eyes to breakfast, then I definitely advise you to take this hotel!!! You can skip breakfast if you're not an omnivore. There are sun beds on the beach from the hotel, but on 40 floors of the hotel, for such a large number of vacationers, a drop in the ocean. And some of the ‘special people’ left towels and left, which is not nice, to the rest. But the situation was fixed)))

The services of "rental" sun beds are unstable, they try to charge more - sometimes they demand money for 2 sun beds at once (they are under one umbrella), then they raise the price in sunny weather. It's disgusting. In general, this is not a hotel for beach lovers, but if the beach is secondary, then everything is gorgeous.

The room is standard, there are floor scales, they were useful to us. The slippers are not completely disposable, if desired, they can be picked up at departure for 70,000 dong. There is an underground passage to the beach, which is convenient, but you need to take sun beds early, there is not enough for everyone. There are even fewer umbrellas than sun beds.
