Located in the center of the city. Interior is stylish and very clean top to bottom. Staff is very friendly and speak english & russian well.
We stayed with friends and they helped us to put the tables together and have a nice time with friends. Also they provided catering service as well.

An excellent hotel, modern, comfortable, plenty of space in front of the entrance group - accordingly, there are enough Parking spaces. Convenient location - within walking distance of restaurants, market, shops.
The room was good, even very good - the room has a bathrobe, tea set, safe, ear sticks and shaving kit in the bathroom.
I gave the shirt for washing and ironing: firstly, I gave it at 14:30, they promised to return it in the evening - as a result, they returned it after 2 reminders and only after 23:00, secondly, they returned the shirt with a stain on the collar - as a result, they washed it, returned it in the morning.
I didn't really like the breakfast - the usual average set of dishes, you can arrange more for such a hotel.
And a huge minus is the lack of a coffee machine! Moreover, this is not the first hotel in Uzbekistan where instant coffee is served for breakfast((

Great hotel, all the amenities. The breakfast is very good, there are a lot of things, I will not spoilerize you will see for yourself. There is a small gym where you can work out, a swimming pool, a sauna. Cleaning of the rooms is present, you do not need to say that you need to clean up. The hot water shower is all in the best condition. In general, you will not regret coming.

I stayed at this hotel for the night. I really liked the mattress — it was comfortable to sleep on, which is extremely important for me. However, the pillows leave much to be desired, it would be great if they were replaced with more comfortable ones. Otherwise, everything was clean, cozy, and the staff was polite. The impressions are generally positive, I will be happy to come back again if the issue with pillows is resolved.

Everything is just wonderful! The breakfasts are delicious and varied, the staff is polite and always ready to help. The rooms are cozy, clean, and well equipped. I was pleasantly surprised by the availability of bathrobes and shaving kits — such little things make your stay comfortable. I am very pleased with my choice and I can safely recommend this hotel!

The air conditioning system in the hotel is working disgusting!!! In this heat, it is 28-29 degrees in the room, it is not possible to sleep. On the comments in the work of the condors, the staff scored a bolt. The whole company suffered , they were very unhappy. There are problems with hospitality too. The pool is very warm, measuring approximately 5 by 12.
The finish is of high quality.
The sauna is available for an additional fee and must be booked in advance.
The breakfasts are normal!
One of the disadvantages is that Wi-Fi is constantly being lost, this is unacceptable for this level of hotel.

ТОП гостиница. Локация - удобная, вид из окон - отличный, персонал - Мега дружелюбный, завтраки - чудо чудесное. Номера чистые, убираются хорошо, кровати супер. Вообщем и целом могу только рекомендовать к заселению. Коллективу - процветания!

Хорошее, современное здание, только построенное. Для нестоличного города в Узбекистане неожиданно правильно все организовано. Есть подземная парковка, после завершения всех отделочных работ должно быть очень достойно. Хороший завтрак.

Отличный новый отель. Прожил тут 2 недели, замечаний нет. Правда завтрак немного скудноват на выбор блюд, но голодным никто не ушел. Да и качество блюд на высоте. Персонал отзывчивый, возникающие вопросы решаются быстро. Расположен тоже очень удобно, пять минут пешком до жд вокзала.

Отличный отель, с приветливым персоналом, имеются бассейн, тренажерный зал, ресторан, отличное расположение, в 500 метрах от железнодорожного вокзала. Все новое.

Отличный новый современный отель. Чистые и комфортные номера. Локация очень удобная к вокзалу, 5 минут пешком. Завтрак не плохой. Рядом много кафе магазинов.

Может, отель и неплохой, но администрацией занимаются консервативные и необразованные люди. Проблема в том, что какое-то время в Узбекистане был закон о том, что нельзя заселять неженатые пары в один номер. Этот порядок уже давно был отменён, но только не в этом отеле. Сначала позвонил за день на ресепшн, специально уточнил все вопросы, сказали, что всё в порядке и всё нормально. Потом меня заселили с моей спутницей, но вдруг в ночь решили, что нас надо расселить. Решили расселить по разным, так ещё требовали заплатить за новый номер, хотя ошибка была с их стороны. В общем, средневековье на высшем уровне. Помимо всего этого в стоимость номера не включены стоимости бассейна и спортзала, за них нужно платить отдельно, а ресторан открыт только на завтрак. Короче говоря, очень сильно испортили нам отдых, что жаль, потому что отель неплохой, но обслуживающий персонал очень плохой, как, собственно, и порядки отеля

Всё классно, питание, номера, контроль за номером, подача в номер, работа персонала, чуть просто по сильнее надо осуществлять уборку, особенно таких вещей как подушки, постельное белье, а в общем и целом даже можно 4.5 поставить.
Отель молодец.

Плохой сервис. При заселении днём сообщил, что уезжаю рано утром, попросил сделать ланчбокс. Были удивлены, но сказали, что попробуют...
Но забили и утром даже не вспомнили....
