I bought Bowers&Wilkins PX7s3 headphones from the guys in September 2025. No complaints in terms of sound, I enjoy it literally every day. Everything was fine with the purchase, too: we were given the opportunity to listen to different models and calmly make a choice. However, after the purchase, the level of service and support begins to tend to zero. After six months of operation, and with the most careful and accurate operation, the eco-leather headband began to crack and peel off. I understood that the case was unlikely to be guaranteed, and I asked the guys if it was possible to order and make a replacement, and expressed my willingness to pay for it. They promised to call back within "a maximum of two days" and give an answer about possible ways to solve the problem. As a result, two days later there was silence. On the third day, he called himself: "we will answer by the end of the day, there was no way to find out." During the week, the answer was postponed, and no clear solution was presented. Objectively, there are no questions about the products and sound quality, as well as the assortment presented in the store and the work of the staff directly during the sale, well done! But if you hope that in case of any problems you will also be helped promptly and effectively, I would strongly recommend that you think hard and be prepared for the fact that you will have to rely only on yourself, tutorials on YouTube and a search for spare parts on Aliexpress if you do not get the original ones. Honestly, I would sincerely like to give five stars, because the headphones are excellent, but the attitude towards the customer's problems after purchase forces me to give only 2 stars. Very sorry…
