There is a phrase on the website that it does not apply to peony-shaped roses, but they clearly should not look like THIS the day after buying a bouquet, especially since all the care conditions have been met. They replied on Instagram that this was the norm and that they might have been hit by water. And, apparently, it's okay that the bouquet doesn't look presentable in less than a day. UPD: The roses were replaced after a long correspondence, already with a new version that it happened because of the heat.
