Хотим выразить огромную благодарность за наш отдых. В турагенство "Престиж Аква Тур" обратились впервые, по рекомендации. У нас было пару дней, чтоб выбрать тур и оформить все документы. Менеджер подобрал нам подходящий тур. Все сделал профессионально. Большое спасибо за организацию поездку. Мы отлично отдохнули. Будем вас советовать всем своим знакомым. Обращались в турфирм Аква Тур по рекомендациям знакомых. 2 года назад приехали в Минск специально. Предварительно созвонились. Нас уже ждали. Очень приятные ребята. Все рассказали и показали. С оформлением не было вопросов. С путешествием тоже все супер. Отель приличный, кухня просто объедение. Экскурсии, море. Просто сказка. В следующем году снова будем обращаться. Рекомендую.

Очень медленная работа кассы по прокату катамаранов, лодок и прочих услуг. Огромная очередь в воскресенье вечером растет быстрее, чем справляется один человек в кассе, который и оплату принимает, и жилеты выдает. Издевательство над людьми - катамараны свободные, а покататься невозможно.

Искали с мужем куда можно полететь отдохнуть. Знакомые посоветовали это агентство. Долго сомневались, но решили обратиться. И не ошиблись!!! Менеджер фирмы помогла в выборе тура, и среди множества вариантов мы решили лететь в Египет. Помогли с выбором региона, отеля, учли и финаносовые возможности, а также то, что у нас маленький ребёнок (для нас это было самое важное). В итоге отдыхом и работой фирмы остались очень довольны. В следующий раз будем планировать свой отпуск именно с этим агентством!

Не первый раз покупаем туры в данном агенстве. Менеджеры реально и в красках рассказывают как о самом курорте так и об отеле. Это очень важно когда информация доносится правильно и по приезду ты попадаешь именно на такой отдых как представлял. Именно такие факторы оставляют положительные эмоции и желание приходить в дальнейшем, при том, что приятные скидки всегда радуют!

Приобрёл тур «Грузия с комфортом+» в фирме «Престиж Аква Тур», расположенной в Минске на Троицкой набережной. Тур приобрел более чем за два месяца. С Выездом 13.09.2019. За менее чем месяц до выезда мне отказали в услуге в пользу какого-то другого. Деньги мне удалось вернуть с экономической издержкой. Как альтернативу мне предлагали туры по хуже, с моей же доплатой. Изучив договор, пришел к заключению, что они оставили за собой право любому клиенту отказать в туре без каких-либо последствий для фирмы. Подытоживая – для меня взаимодействия с фирмой оказались плачевными, турагентству все до фонаря. Заключать ли с ними этот договор решать вам.

Проверенное агенство уже на протяжении многих лет. Ездим в год не один раз и всегда берем у них туры,кроме тех что совершаем самостоятельно. Ни разу не разочаровались
